The truck was missing the mirror on the right side when I picked it up and now you are trying to charge me for the damage. Unacceptable. I was also charged for a dolly and pads that were not in the truck.

It was a self service drop off in a sketchy neighborhood. Do not drop off at night, not safe.
SIAN MIt wasn’t as much the location as it was that I had a reserved vehicle for 8 AM that was not ready for me at that time. I had to go to another location 20 minutes away to get my vehicle at 8:45 AM which caused me to pay for an additional hour with my movers given the delay. I was compensated $50 for this by the store associate but I was charged at the end for an additional 28 miles for my reservation. Overall I was not pleased with this experience and do not intend to use or recommend U-Haul in the future
