The U-Haul representative who took care of me, at the location, was very polite, courteous and helpful and a pleasure to work with. It made my rental experience so much better to have a good person to work, rent from.

FREDERICK GFriendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff made the check out and return process easy and efficient. It may be a small out-of-the-way U-Haul site, but they know what they are doing, are safety minded, and saved me from an unnecessary drive across town.

ADAM DI sent this reservation up a month ago the day before I was supposed to pick up my equipment. I get a phone call that said my location didn’t have my tow dolly and I had to drive to Kettering, which is an hour away from my house to pick up my truck And tow Dolly. I will never use U-Haul ever again and I will tell all my friends about this experience so they will never use you again. I called to get help and all I got was extra miles. Thanks. He didn’t pay me for my two hours out of my way . Thanks

NICOLAS MThe website for dropping off the vehicle was a bad experience. I followed the instructions and took all the pictures, but the site errored out at the end when it was uploading and I lost all the pictures. Since I had already dropped the keys in the drop off box I could not take more pictures as there was no option on the site to upload a picture that was already taken, only to take a new picture.
Seth DThat app for checking in and out is TERRIBLY designed. It literally took 40 minutes to check the truck out of the lot. It's slow and takes so long to upload the required photos. I actually gave up on it checking the truck back IN and luckily the nice woman who runs the place happened to be there to just do it herself. The location is fantastic, they do a good job, so 5 stars for them. The app is far too slow to be useful. I filled out all the required information ahead of time the day before and had to do it all over again when I got there on that stupid app. Also I ordered a dolly for moving furniture and it wasn't in the truck.

DAVID PSeveral problems with pick up. I called to verify that this location had the items we rented several days before scheduled pickup. The truck had arrived but our car trailer did not, neither did our moving blankets. The representative also did not adequately photograph the damage that was present on the truck or the gasoline level. I was charged later for these issues. Someone from another location brought the car trailer and did not go through the proper safety protocol regarding the hookup or to check that the lights worked on the trailer. Later, we discovered we had no brake lights or turn signal lights on the trailer.

We over estimated our mileage and they made sure our charges matched our milage, We were so tired after the move that we would never have noticed the difference. Donald GThe employee was very nice and helpful I rated this low because my pickup location changed the day before i was to pick up and then the equipment wasn't at the new location (not employee fault since previous renter did not return trailer) and i had to then drive to another location for the trailer. This caused me to have to rent from two separate locations and pay separately I lost an entire day of travel all i was given was 10 free miles for all my trouble.

Shirley TI was overcharged. I booked online and declined everything. when I dropped it off I was charged for insurance which I had declined when I booked .
Richard DClaimed to have not received the reservation due to being out of town all weekend, however the reservation was placed on Tuesday. After coming a 2nd time to pick up the U-haul (2 hours after the reservation time) they couldn't find the keys and didn't know how to finish the order for some reason so they had to call their boss to be walked through things. On a positive note, the people we spoke to at the location were very nice.
