Dropped off after hours, but not late according to the contract. Afterwards, I was charged for a late fee, which was wrong because it was delivered the night before, and the keys were put in the box. Unfortunately, the folks at the place didn’t get the information in the computer quick enough, and it cost me $75 and some odd cents for being late by according to them 20 minutes. It got straightened out by a young lady in customer service at U-Haul and I will continue to use your service, but I think that the people who get the U-Haul van and need to do a better job getting it entered into the system in a timely manner, so this type of thing doesn’t happen again thank you.
