Equipment worked and checking in to get the U-Haul online was easy, but our truck had its check engine light on all the way and the gas wasn't even filled up all the way.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy experience was great. Nothing could have been better.
Amy KThe Dorothy Lane location was good and Clerance was good and helpful. I had the location on Fairfield make my reservation then traveled to Linden location to pick up my van. Once there Nathan could not honor my reservation and could give no explanation why my van wasnt available. He seemed unsure of himself and I lost all confidence. I saw a van outside and inquired and he gave no response. That segment was not a good experience. Reservations should be honored as made.
WILLIAM RWe got just what we needed and were well taken care of.
Carol KThe U-Haul app sucks and makes the contact-free pickup process take way longer than it has any right to do.
