This location was clean, professional and efficient in the pickup/drop-off process. U-haul overall sucks. Several listed locations did not exist when visited. When I talked to a scheduling associate they did not offer some locations that would have been more convenient and gave incorrect information about this location's operating hours. When the final receipt for payment was received, it had extra fees never mentioned by anyone I interacted with. They appeared to be fixed rate fees so just put them in the rental rate and cut out the surprises. The mileage charge of $.99/mi for the truck I rented means you've already collected $151,000 in mileage charges on this truck not counting the rental rate. On top of your costs was $75 for gasoline not included in the mileage rate. The products I rented the truck to deliver would have been delivered by the retailer for $600. I had to pay two people to help unload the truck at my destination so all in, I spent $442 not accounting for my time making the actual delivery and aggravation dealing with the rental process. And then there is this survey which I suspect will be laughed at rather than taken seriously. Did I get a fair value,? I don't think so.

Carl was great. However the truck that was provided was filthy, 1740000 miles and the transmission kept slipping. I did not feel safe driving it. The UHaul app sucks. It never works correctly.

It took over an hour to get access to the truck - low reception and account issues that should have been resolved. Super disappointed. Had movers I was paying during that time. Was unable to complete the tasks.

The location was fine - the U-Haul corp reservation system is terrible. When i make a reservation, to me this means my equipment is reserved for my use at the planned time/day… in the past and again at this rental, the reservation changed at last moment - so the ‘reservation’ meant nothing… i had to revise plans to drive clear across town to another location to pu & drop off (twice the inconvenience). You can do better. I have yet to have a U-Haul reservation go as expected…

The truck was clean and ran well. Only question was a noise at right front tire when speeds were under 20mph and would stop when brakes were applied. Suspect a brake pad issue. I reported it w/ dealer. Otherwise, both dealer and truck were easy to deal with and very helpful.

The individual that helped me had a problem getting the drop off location correct. Almost an hour away when there was one 15 min away. Also did not seem to remember me when I walked back 10 min after I got the keys.

I was told the TPMS on the truck has never worked and to ignore the low pressure warning. Not real confidence inspiring. The truck was clean. Charged correctly but TPMS thing...

The rental agent stated that I had the truck for 6 days for $478.29. I confirmed it with her four times. Then an agent called me to arrange a drop off and said I had it for only two days and then she proceeded to call me a “liar”. Not professional at all. Then I called u-haul to see what they had in their records. I was told to have it back by Sunday at 0857. I turned the truck in Saturday and the agent said I was a day early. Then u-haul charged me another $118.80. I contacted u-haul and the regional u-haul director was suppose to call yesterday. No call as of yet.

The truck leaked a massive amount of oil on my driveway. I had to add one gallon of oil because it leaked so bad. I was later charged for two gallons of gas for only driving a total of 3 miles.

Many of the lights around the top of the trailer were out and not working - this being a safety issue for me. The location and people at Walkers are great, trailer was clean. Three to four top marker lights being out was the only issue.

The app needs to be worked on. Images take several minutes to upload, then don’t work somehow. It would not allow us to properly fill out the paperwork for returning the vehicle. It’s 2025, fix the app for better usage of it.

This location was the best! The gentleman on the phone was so kind, positive and informative. The pick up experience was super easy, everything was where it was supposed to be and the truck was easy to find and pickup. The truck was clean, maintained and nice, it drove smooth and was new…Easily the best truck I’ve ever rented from U-Haul.
