The truck was clean and ran well. Only question was a noise at right front tire when speeds were under 20mph and would stop when brakes were applied. Suspect a brake pad issue. I reported it w/ dealer. Otherwise, both dealer and truck were easy to deal with and very helpful.

The individual that helped me had a problem getting the drop off location correct. Almost an hour away when there was one 15 min away. Also did not seem to remember me when I walked back 10 min after I got the keys.

The rental agent stated that I had the truck for 6 days for $478.29. I confirmed it with her four times. Then an agent called me to arrange a drop off and said I had it for only two days and then she proceeded to call me a “liar”. Not professional at all. Then I called u-haul to see what they had in their records. I was told to have it back by Sunday at 0857. I turned the truck in Saturday and the agent said I was a day early. Then u-haul charged me another $118.80. I contacted u-haul and the regional u-haul director was suppose to call yesterday. No call as of yet.

The truck leaked a massive amount of oil on my driveway. I had to add one gallon of oil because it leaked so bad. I was later charged for two gallons of gas for only driving a total of 3 miles.

Many of the lights around the top of the trailer were out and not working - this being a safety issue for me. The location and people at Walkers are great, trailer was clean. Three to four top marker lights being out was the only issue.

The app needs to be worked on. Images take several minutes to upload, then don’t work somehow. It would not allow us to properly fill out the paperwork for returning the vehicle. It’s 2025, fix the app for better usage of it.

This location was the best! The gentleman on the phone was so kind, positive and informative. The pick up experience was super easy, everything was where it was supposed to be and the truck was easy to find and pickup. The truck was clean, maintained and nice, it drove smooth and was new…Easily the best truck I’ve ever rented from U-Haul.

My truck. both the trucks i got had issues. the truck i used to move my stuff sounds like the transmission is hanging. doesn’t want to pick up speed and smells so bad that it makes u lightheaded after driving a hour to and from. This was the worst experience i’ve had. and this is my second time at this location. not sure who to talk to but definitely the manager when i go for the deposit. i honestly was scared for my life driving it.

I was charged for a safe drive fee insurance I did bit request but other then this they provided everything I wanted and more. I went to the U-Haul place on heckle near rawlison road first and received terrible service. It was nice to travel another 10 min down the road and got 11/10 service from the walker family

This location needs attention. The truck was very dirty and not maintained. The battery died 3 times and the door on the back is very hard to open And they tried to charge me for gas when I brought it back exactly the way it was when I took it

We have used this location several times for moving our kids and are very happy with their service. The only comment I would make is that it took a few more minutes to pick up the key because it's not quite set up to pick up a contactless key without having them process your order inside. Overall they are a fair business and would recommend them.
