I reserved a 15ft and it was confirmed by the business 2 days prior that they had my truck on the lot. Then the next day I received an email saying my reserved truck was replaced with a 20ft truck and when I called the business, I was told conflicting information that another truck didn't come in. The business pushed back by saying I was getting the bigger truck for the same price even though I kept saying I did not need the bigger truck - it would cause issues with packing things and it would increase my fuel usage. They offered no other solution. When I went to pick up the truck, there was a 15ft size on the lot but it was after hours so I called the number and the business hung up on me and would not give an explanation. We were forced to take the 20ft due to other moving deadlines.

ROBERT AIt would be nice if this location had someone that would actually go out on the lot with the customer. No one offered any help regarding proper hookup of the trailer.
Mike PMy experience here was very good. Just need to do maintenance on the vehicle I rented. Overall I would come back.
