I dropped off the trailer after hours and followed up with a phone call to the dealer the next day. He assured me all was fine. I recommend you institute some kind of text or email service that notifies after hour drop offs are complete.

Yes only because the actual truck was there. But I didn't not receive the dolly equipment that I requested. Using the App did not work that great there was not question asking if I received the additional equipment that was purchased. Direct contact is best.

Employee was by herself, could not get the system to work correctly, had to enter my info 2 more times , besides what I did online. Could not find my reservation, but she called me the day before to confirm. she just blamed everything on the computer, this time and from previous visit.

So many steps for return after hours. Directions should be placed in packet upon rental. But overall good customer service and will definitely be using again soon!

The stores posted hours on the building on their voicemail and YOUR site says 11 but they closed at 10. Verizon does not work there. So picking up by phone had to be done way down the road.

First, my contract was written at that site. I called the local 803number. “Walker U-Haul” It said and 8:30 pickup. The lady reminded me they opened at 8:30. I made arrangements based on that. I went to pick up the truck at the appointed time and the place was closed. I would have appreciated a phone call so I could change my arrangements as well. I had to pay a moving team for 1 1/5 hours of basically nothing. Then I had to get a friend to pick up the truck because I had to return to work. The contract wasn’t followed. I didn’t get the pads I had requested. The guy tried to tell my friend it was my fault that the time was off. Not so.

I ordered 2 dollies and they only had one available. Why you are taking an order online,WELL IN ADVANCE, and then you do not have the equipment available.

I dropped off on 6/10 when the location was closed. When I called to check on my return this morning I was reprimanded for dropping in the wrong spot; even though there was nothing to mark where return should be dropped. Just a big gravel lot with a bunch of trucks and trailers in it. Furthermore, I received a $10 charge to my credit card this morning from this location, purportedly for cleaning. I don’t recall seeing anything in my rental contract about an additional cleaning charge. This seems like a ripoff to me and I haven’t yet decided whether or not to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The first truck we attempted to rent had balding tires. She gave us another one which smelled terribly of cigarettes and had dents and scratches around the vehicle. The woman did not want to get out of her seat to help. We also were told to take a picture of the mileage and fuel on my phone to show her when we came back. I assume so she didn’t have to get up. We were disappointed overall in the condition of this truck. The shocks are bad and we bounced after every bump in the road and we ran nearly 600 miles on this trip. I would not rent from this location again. The shame is it’s close to my location.

Took too long to complete rental. I recommend hiring younger staff.
