We were able to drop off after hours. The location was right but doable. I got the very appreciated confirmation call. But the man told me I was able to leave the truck at the location of our storage. But he didn’t share with me that it would charge me a fee. We were able to make it to the correct location for drop off and I am glad we didn’t listen to his “oh yeah that happens all the time”.

DAVID TGreat personal service from Walker’s. UHaul website worthless/-could access, get copies etc despite several tries.
SCOTT MMake the online reservation work without having to still go into the office and do it again with staff. Double charged from pickup. Dropped off in Lancaster at closed location even though the contract said Rock Hill. I had on reservation Lancaster and in office again. Hope paperwork and turn in goes better than pick up.
