The owner was most helpful with my last-minute rental. She helped get the rental processed when the Uhaul app glitched, taking time out of her early morning to do so, and saw to it that my truck was the best on her lot. The return process in her store was the easiest I have ever experienced. Berea KY is blessed to have this location for rentals! Thanks Laura!!

Candie GReservation Truck Location Drop off Everything tip top.
Willie SThe lady who checked me out and then back in was very friendly and helpful.
Dwayne KThe two staff members were amazing; even bubblegum girl had a smile and nice things to say. All my concerns were addressed immediately. Education was provided regarding trailer connection, disconnection, and trailer towing. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks again.
