Patrick WWalt was very knowledgable, friendly, and easy to work with. The trailer was very clean and it great condition, and the tires were in good shape and up to proper pressure. Walt gave me some good tips and the entire check-in/check-out process was surprisingly easy. I look forward to renting from Walt's Automotive again soon.

RINO BThe truck itself was great - 5 star. My experience with mobile pickup was poor - 2 star. My poor pickup experience was related to two things: 1) I arrived around 45 minutes after my reservation had started. I didn't realize this would disallow me from picking up the vehicle, which is on me, as it was probably communicated somewhere, but this was not clear. The more difficult aspect of this was the clarity of WHY. The app could do a much better job 1) communicating WHY you cannot pickup the vehicle after 45 minutes and 2) an option to change the start time without having to call a representative, so long as the vehicle did not having a competing reservation. Instead, the app simply displayed the "dashboard" without any clear (to me) understanding of what went wrong and what to do about it. The second challenge was that the mobile app was glitchy both with pickup process and drop-off process. It kept cycling back to the beginning for no reason. Luckily, the browser based option worked fine.

VICTOR HAfter I picked up the trailer somebody called me from Sparks telling me there was too many trailers at the friendly drop off and that I had to bring it all the way back to Sparks I will never rent a trailer to take it somewhere I'm not going. Since this lady in sparks said because there was to many trailers there in fernley, well there was one trailer. If I rent something and you change it after I rented it THATS NOT RIGHT.......

JOHN SWaited for enclosed trailer to become available. Chose date. Arrived and no trailer. Lady is always rude forcing me to call other locations and use the app instead of just doing her job. Nobody bothered to call me to tell me my trailer was not there and this location should have paid attention to the comings/going’s it’s their responsibility but they blamed it on the company. EVERY LOCATION SHOULD HAVE MULTIPLE ENCLOSED TRAILERS AT ALL TIMES YOU ARE IN THE BUSINESS.

Robert SRip-off Artists. I made a reservation for 14.95 a day for 1 day and they charged me $67.17. The invoice included 2 days at 18.95 a day and a $20.00 after-hours charge (I picked it up a 4:30 PM). Plus, tax on the erroneous charges. FYI - Services generally are not taxable unless they are related to the sale of tangible personal property, according to UC Davis Finance and Business. Example: A surcharge added to a bill for labor-related service performed after hours (e.g., plumbing repair) might not be taxable in California, as services are not generally subject to sales tax in California unless tied to a transfer of tangible personal property.

JOHN BI was stunned to see that I was charged double what the agreement stated, and I can only imagine that it was because I returned the trailer later than I had originally planned. But, I picked it up a day earlier than I needed it because the rental yard closes at 2pm on Saturdays and is closed all day on Sundays. So, if they are closed on Sunday, what difference does it make when it is returned. This a snake in the grass transaction, I can understand if you were open and had other people waiting to use the trailer?! But, you were closed and there was no one there to receive the trailer. I even had to move and replace your 3 garbage cans that were blocking where I was instructed to return the trailer. I believe you owe me a refund!

Bruce GThe truck had a bad clunking noise from the front passenger tire and then when we returned it with 3/4 tank they tried to charge us over $80 even through we took it on only 1/4 tank of gas! Because of this they overdraft our account during a holiday!
