I originally reserved a trailer in Novato. However, they decided not to provide me with one and recommended me to their friend who rents trailers instead. Supposedly, the previous renter didn't return the trailer on time but the trailer I ended up renting turned my move into three trips instead of one. I hope that in the future, this doesn't happen again because it's hard to afford the time and gas associated with with this inconvenience.

Put a little more gas then what's necessary for the return, because if it's same they will charge you for gas. I picked up my truck with 3/4 of a tank and returned it with the same and was charged.
