The truck had a bad clunking noise from the front passenger tire and then when we returned it with 3/4 tank they tried to charge us over $80 even through we took it on only 1/4 tank of gas! Because of this they overdraft our account during a holiday!

HARVEY MThe check-in and out overall experience was frustrating. It is not user friendly and due to the delay of trying to checkout the van we incurred a $20 after hours fee, which I am not happy about. I don’t think I would rent here again and would not recommend it to my family and friends.
