Tried to rent 15 ft truck from Gap PA. Was called later to advise i had to go 30 min further to get truck. Traveled to Willow Street to get truck and no 15 ft truck. Had to go back to gap and get 10 ft truck. Not convenient. Truck returm process online kept failing. Tried 7 times eventually had to manually return truck. Requesting discount on total bill. You customer service rep when i called from willow st was very nice. Not her fault truck was not there.
Tim DLeft side tire should have been replaced. Did not catch this until on our trip back to Florida. Bounced bad and tire cupped bad.
