anthony lamoureuxOne of the tires was low so I had to fill it up. The tire rhem looked very old and had been painted. This needs replacing.
Philip EvansThis location incorporates another full time business , as a flea market, used furniture appliances. U have to wait , while they conduct their other business, customers, phone calls etc. Also location is not adequate for the large trucks , trailers , car dollies , car transport. Also the spot where vehicles r parked. Vehicles have to be moved while u wait . Also u must block a two lane highway. Highway 51 , to back into the very small area they have for vehicles an trailers . This is very dangerous, as u have to blind back almost across two lanes of the highway. Which is dangerous. An u r not provided anyone to stop traffic, while u perform dangerous backing up across the highway. This location needs a bigger area , r something . Also was confusion in prices , an regarding to reservation, an deposit . This location, takes a long time, because of their other full time business. Just needs some improvement, especially the having to block two lanes of highway, while u back into the small area , between other U haul., trailers an Bigger Uhaul trucks . The equipment was decently kept up . Just some improvements needed .

Mack TalleyHad a great experience with location. However, I had and issue with U-Haul itself. I had made my reservation for 8AM in the morning pickup but needed to change it to a later time. So I went online to my reservation and if I changed the time on the reservation the website indicated that I may lose my reserved truck. So instead it suggested that I switch my reservation to a U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 which would allow me to pickup the truck at any time. Which was a lie. I came at 11AM to pickup the truck and the location was in the process of cancelling my reservation because I didn't show up at 8AM. U-Haul needs to change their description of this service because as it is right now is false advertising!

COMESHA TUCKERFirst, I requested a 26’ truck at a local uhaul station, only to be sent 30+ miles out of my way and then charged for mileage just to go get it and return it to boot! We were charged for THIRTY SIX blankets I did not order. The people were rude on the phone AND in person to my father in law who picked it up for me. I called the Corp line and stayed on hold forever (over 25 minutes each time), with people in Corp being rather rude. I’ve had problems with uhaul in the past, but NEVER AGAIN. I will go buy my own trailer before I call these bums again.

I wanted to make sure everything was in order, since i was returning the truck at another location, in a different city.
