If after hours drop off advise that the gates are closed but can be accessed. First impressions was locked up. Fortunately an employee was leaving and showed us that the gates could be opened, they weren't locked. Otherwise I would have left the truck parked in the driveway right up to the gate.Daniel L.

This was the worst experience I have ever had and will not ever use this location again. First off there was no office. We did the paperwork standing outside of a small personal truck while ants were biting us all over our legs and feet... it was very hot and it took 2 hours to get try to get the website to take our card... ended up having to go get cash from a teller machine. After getting cash it still took forever to get the transaction to go through... again while being bit by ants and standing in the hot parking area... i cannot really describe how terrible this was but if i hadn't already had my help lined up for the move, i would definitely have left the location and dealt with another company. This was so unacceptable!angela B.

Very helpful and nice. If you change the reservation location you should add more miles to the overall mileage. so you won't be charging extra for just picking up and taking back to the individual home. So you won't be nickel-and-dime customers with extra fees.Kevin R.
See comments for pick up vendor. When I was finished with the truck, I called Uhaul, told my story, and asked if, since I was asked to return the truck in a different place, and I was willing to do it, could I still have my discount. The person I talked to said that wasn't possible, but what he could do was to arrange for drop off at the location I have previously requested. So I took him up on his offer. W&W was surprised, evidently not expecting me, but was very nice and helpful.Debora M.

I paid online when I reserved the trailer. W and w charged me again and then once I returned it the place I returned it to charged me a third time. The rental was for 2 days. I picked it up on Friday December 29 at 2 pm. I returned it undamaged on Sunday December 31 at 2 pm. Yet I was charged 230$ for an 8 ft trailer rental. Never againPatrick J.

original pick up was in supply nc,,i was asssured this location was open..recvd a call from your agent stating this location was not open on this day and had to jump thru hoops to make this happen,,,this upset me greatly,will be renting another uhaul this sat for fayetteville move only,,at least i know the location in stedman nc will not let me down..please make sure your phone representatives are given proper information to pass on to clients...LYNN N.

19.95 rate in the window of the truck i rented. it was 29.95 still not a bad rate but very poor fake advertising. The trucks baterry died at my first stop and the air didn't blow at all. Also had to drive 4 miles to get gas because the sunoco was out of gasJAMES W.
