THis location is limited for the trailer drop off, they could use more space. However the U Haul customer service rep was extremely helpful.

I was a little angry at first because the website said the U-Haul location, I was to get my rental from was not trained to rent trailers, and I had to travel several towns over to get mine.
but things went well, after all. so, it was all good

I was supposed to move four days before I actually did because of all the ice, snow and temps in the single digits, therefore, closing kept being put off and I literally made about 10 phone calls with updates. Everyone I spoke to, especially Ashley and Chelsea were very courteous and patient, always easily solving my problems. Very impressed.
