have rented several U-Haul trailers from this location, and the older gentleman who normally works there has always been extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He is the main reason I continue using this location. Unfortunately, my recent experience returning a trailer was completely different. When I went inside, there was a woman at the desk who was very unpleasant from the start. I politely asked how she was doing, and while she responded that she was “doing fabulous,” her attitude and tone said otherwise. I asked where she would like me to park the trailer, and her response was, “Good luck, there’s no room out there.” I was honestly taken back by that response because I was simply trying to return the trailer correctly. I then asked if I should leave it in front of another trailer, and she replied, “Hang on, I’m coming out there.” When she came outside, she directed me to back the trailer into an extremely tight space, even though there appeared to be plenty of room elsewhere in the yard. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customer service matters. The contrast between the excellent service I usually receive here and this experience was night and day.
NICHOLAS WLynn was awesome. Went above and beyond to help us out. Give her a raise! She didn't say anything about not making enough money, that's just my opinion. Will definitely be back to rent again.

Tracie JI was supposed to move four days before I actually did because of all the ice, snow and temps in the single digits, therefore, closing kept being put off and I literally made about 10 phone calls with updates. Everyone I spoke to, especially Ashley and Chelsea were very courteous and patient, always easily solving my problems. Very impressed.
