the enclosed trailers do not have an adjustable stand to take the trailer off ... you are held hostage to the trailer till you return it ... im a contractor and need to drop off the trailer when i use it for more then a day ... so when it is in use and i need to go somewhere im towing the trailer and supplies or what ever im using the trailer for ... but the open trailers that weigh nothing have the jacks attached ? kind of stupid .... i should not be responsible to have to use a car jack or what ever to remove the trailer and either risk injury to myself or the trailer ... messed up my shoulder due to this rental and not to happy about it ....

1) The driver's side tail light/brake light had some issues. 2) The video showing how to secure the vehicle was not very helpful in that there was no rear chain tie down. 3) There was no discussion at time of rental or pickup about special tie downs being needed. We used our own.

When I picked up the truck, it was on empty. I spoke to the representative. He said do not worry about it because I would turn it in the way I received it so you need to communicate with the other U-Haul location and put the money back into my account.
