The trunk is in a every poor condition. Noisy and shaking all the time.i had two time can not starting the car. This kind of car should not be rent to anyone. The dealer over charging me 58 dollar for gasoline.I only drive the truck 11 mile and I Do add one gallon of gasoline.The dealer said I used 4 gallon of gasoline and charge me 18 dollar for gas and 30 dollar for fee. Come on 4 gallon gas for 11 mile. This is ridiculous. They just want to cheat peopleMankui Y.

First I signed up for after hours pickup and couldn't figure out how to get the keys and truck. I went the next day they were rude and said I had to come during there store hours so they canceled my pickup and rented it to someone else so I had to go find another place. Get a truck at another location and they did not have a dolly or blankets so I was given no equipment I ordered. Really was a bad experienceMatthew H.

The person who handled the renting of your uhall equipment did not explain anything the questions I asked him he seemed annoyed when I returned the uhall he checked it out and stood in another room telling the gas attendant to tell me a receipt would be emailed to me which he did not do. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and sent me my receipt.Michael Z.

I have rented cars but this is the first time I rented a uhaul,so I didn't know what to expect. I don't know if it is well maintained but it was an uncomfortable ride luckily I didn't need to go far. I drove only 56 miles (38,614-38,558) yet when I had to refuel it cost me $43.45 because tank wasn't full when I picked it up. I mentioned it to the agent but he had no comment. I returned it early because I couldn't move some of the items because the location didn't have the equipment I reserved but they did try to supply a replacement, which unfortunately could not be used. 49.47 + 43.45 + 47.51 = 140.43 was more than I expected to pay.Annette H.

Uhaul rep was not there at the time of pickup. I was overcharged for gas. When I picked up the van it had 1/4 of a tank, and when I returned it still had 1/4 of a tank. We drove 19 total miles which in no way equals the amount of gas we am being charged for. I will be calling for a refund ASAP. I have pictures of the odometer and gas gauge to confirmAnthony D.

Owner was Rude and Abrasive!!!! He Took a long time giving me my rental van. He was too busy washing the front of his shop with a water hose. These people are running a scam. First, I was left with a truck with a flat tire (outside back right) that I paid to fill up. Second, the truck was giving to me with less than 3/4 of a tank of gas (approximately 5/8), when I returned to the service station I filled the tank back up to the same amount I was left with (about 5/8 of the tank). Now they are trying to charge me to fill it all the way up. Third, I NEVER use the â€œSAFE MOVEâ€ coverage and they are charging me as if I did.Dan W.

Several issues occurred including the original truck not being avail in the original location. Second location did not have the right size truck as reserved. The pickup location added insurance wo telling me (as I already had coverage). The insurance charge was subsequently reversed, but waited 25 minutes to talk to agent. Total Disaster.LEE D.
The truck's gasoline gauge was not working. Although I drove for 45 minutes, the gauge arrow never moved. The truck's tire pressure sensor read that left tires needed air. I filled tire with air. When I drove away from gas station, the gauge had a new message reading that right tires needed air. This is no way to do business!Helen D.

Everything went seemingly ok(atleast that is what i thought) until i tried recording the mileage and gas guage amounts..it would not let me do it.i go back into the office to let them know. They told me that they have been having problems with it and just take a picture for my records which i did. The mileage that was given on the app was lower than the actual mileage when i got in the truck also the gas tank was about 5/8 full. 15 foot truck. I leave to go do what I have to do. About 5 hours ,11.8 miles ,and still about 9/16 of a tank of gas later I return with the truck. I give the keys and they say that i will receive receipt in an email. Ok so I go on my way expecting a bill of about 50-75$ . No.instead i got a bill for 115$. On the rervation I declined the insurance14.99$.only going less than 15 miles.but there it was on the bill. Spoke to customer service and they confirmed that i declined it on the reservation. Was never asjed in office if I wanted to decline it. Secondly the mileage was too high. I took pictures upon return too. Third is the 47$ charge for gas.now i expected about 7.50$/ 8.00 $ charge for gas. The representative stated on receipt that I started with 15/16 of a tank. Another lie on his part. After i look over the bill I give customer service a call(best part of the experience.) First ,chris was very nice and understanding to my issue. And then I was transferred to Jasmine. She too was understanding and sympathetic to my issue . Noted all the issues i had and sent her pictures. She told me now the regional manager will get back to me within 72 hours. It has been a week. I know Thanksgiving is in there. But I was working on Friday and Saturday........ still waiting on regional manager.thomas N.

Pick up/drop off location is very small. They should add line markers on the ground to make clear that it's ok to park two vans right on top of each other, or say so at pick-up. I didn't do so, and the attendant at drop of was visibly aggravated that I didn't leave the van where he wanted me to. Make it clearer.Tim M.

I ordered dollies hand trucks and blankets and the truck had none of the equipment in it I had to go to a central location and pick up the items myself and when I got to that location they wanted to charge me an extra fee for not returning them to the second location which was out of the way of my move also this added extra mileage to my rentalkenneth B.

Owner very helpful, pleasant and cheerful. Having furniature pads and a back door lock were nice features included. I don't know about the $28.00 safe trip charge. I didn't expect that. The $1.89 per mile was twice as much as other companies. Also, fuel replacement was very high per gallon.Fred T.

The person at the coutner was unprofessional and never told me to fill up the gas tank higher than the level I started with. I turned the key to see there was less than a quarter of a tank upon pickup. I drove 30 miles and returned the car way before the time I mentioned I would need it. At no point did he mention the gas tank, and I left the store. I feel he scammed me out of a massive charge, and I could not be more upset with this experience.Daniel C.

The equipment I ordered was not in the truck which made the move longer, more difficult and more expensive and I was told that the guy â€˜just pumps gas'Patricia G.
This truck has some issues. The cab was dirty. It could use a cleaning. The inside of the back of the truck had the following issues. There were no moving pads inside the pouch, there was a dolly not secured, and there was glass on the floor inside. These are items that UHaul charges people to use - if they aren't there or unsecured, it will be assumed the renter used them, and that is not the case.Wade B.
Worst place and experience ever!!! They're racist assholes and really don't care about uhaul customers. Its just a lil extra income for them. They make uhaul look bad honestly. Never ever have i had a worst experience. Usually good or great.Anthony R.
