My truck was delayed because it had not been check from the previous day return. Also I ordered furniture blankets and they were not available.James H.
Uhaul rep was not there at the time of pickup. I was overcharged for gas. When I picked up the van it had 1/4 of a tank, and when I returned it still had 1/4 of a tank. We drove 19 total miles which in no way equals the amount of gas we am being charged for. I will be calling for a refund ASAP. I have pictures of the odometer and gas gauge to confirmAnthony D.

Owner was Rude and Abrasive!!!! He Took a long time giving me my rental van. He was too busy washing the front of his shop with a water hose. When I asked him if he was almost done he said " If I was in a hurry I can wait or go to another place to pick up a van & my shop is more important than the U-Haulâ€ I won't be going here ever again!Alberto A.

These people are running a scam. First, I was left with a truck with a flat tire (outside back right) that I paid to fill up. Second, the truck was giving to me with less than 3/4 of a tank of gas (approximately 5/8), when I returned to the service station I filled the tank back up to the same amount I was left with (about 5/8 of the tank). Now they are trying to charge me to fill it all the way up. Third, I NEVER use the â€œSAFE MOVEâ€ coverage and they are charging me as if I did.Dan W.

Several issues occurred including the original truck not being avail in the original location. Second location did not have the right size truck as reserved. The pickup location added insurance wo telling me (as I already had coverage). The insurance charge was subsequently reversed, but waited 25 minutes to talk to agent. Total Disaster.LEE D.
The truck's gasoline gauge was not working. Although I drove for 45 minutes, the gauge arrow never moved. The truck's tire pressure sensor read that left tires needed air. I filled tire with air. When I drove away from gas station, the gauge had a new message reading that right tires needed air. This is no way to do business!Helen D.

Everything went seemingly ok(atleast that is what i thought) until i tried recording the mileage and gas guage amounts..it would not let me do it.i go back into the office to let them know. They told me that they have been having problems with it and just take a picture for my records which i did. The mileage that was given on the app was lower than the actual mileage when i got in the truck also the gas tank was about 5/8 full. 15 foot truck. I leave to go do what I have to do. About 5 hours ,11.8 miles ,and still about 9/16 of a tank of gas later I return with the truck. I give the keys and they say that i will receive receipt in an email. Ok so I go on my way expecting a bill of about 50-75$ . No.instead i got a bill for 115$. On the rervation I declined the insurance14.99$.only going less than 15 miles.but there it was on the bill. Spoke to customer service and they confirmed that i declined it on the reservation. Was never asjed in office if I wanted to decline it. Secondly the mileage was too high. I took pictures upon return too. Third is the 47$ charge for gas.now i expected about 7.50$/ 8.00 $ charge for gas. The representative stated on receipt that I started with 15/16 of a tank. Another lie on his part. After i look over the bill I give customer service a call(best part of the experience.) First ,chris was very nice and understanding to my issue. And then I was transferred to Jasmine. She too was understanding and sympathetic to my issue . Noted all the issues i had and sent her pictures. She told me now the regional manager will get back to me within 72 hours. It has been a week. I know Thanksgiving is in there. But I was working on Friday and Saturday........ still waiting on regional manager.thomas N.
The teller was nice but One of the guys at the location was very rude and un respectful since the beginning and when My brother in law dropped the truck, He parked the truck where I found it and he was very rude telling my brother in law stupid. Not acceptable.Donnie G.

When we were dropping off the truck his first statutory us was, get that this the hell out of here, I have no room for the big piece of shit. You can't leave it here. Then he refused to acknowledge us at all. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.Richard M.

Pick up/drop off location is very small. They should add line markers on the ground to make clear that it's ok to park two vans right on top of each other, or say so at pick-up. I didn't do so, and the attendant at drop of was visibly aggravated that I didn't leave the van where he wanted me to. Make it clearer.Tim M.
