I dropped off at this location, but I'd like to review 1430 N Illinois St, Indianapolis, IN. I was supposed to drop off here. After I arrived I was told I had to take it elsewhere. I was told multiple text and emails had been sent, but none had. I took the truck to 1745 Dr Martin Luther King Jr St. and dropped it off. After that I got the email relocating my drop off with instructions how, but I couldn't get the keys back to drop it off the way I was supposed to. I think the other person relocated my drop off just so she wouldn't have to deal with it.Dakota S.

I reserved 20 foot and they provide me 15 foot not clean very dirty at backTahir A.
I was told by the 1430 N. Illinois street office that the Dr. Martin Luther King UHaul office was located inside a house next to the UHaul parking lot, and that i should ring the doorbell. That house is boarded up and looks very scary. Maybe for safety reasons of the persons who work there, there are no signs indicating the actual office is actually inside the warehouse on the grounds. There is no obvious entrance! Fortunately the lady there saw me wandering around and flagged me to go inside, but it was confusing and a little scary to not know where to enter the office in an unfamiliar area like that.Heather C.

The location was muddy gravel and poorly lit. The truck was decent, but the sun visor was broken and the suspension made the mirrors rattle so bad that at one point I couldn't even tell there was an ambulance behind me.BRIAN G.

I received a call at 7:57 am on 11/6/21, ! hr before I was to puck up truck, to go to this location instead of the Lafayette rd previously set. I want to get an adjustment on bill for having to go to further location, costing me more miles than plan at 99 cents per mile. I feel I paid more than I should have due to location. Make sure you check the fuel matches the contract. Note any damages prior to leaving. Although the nice manager at the Washington blvd Fort Wayne store worked it out with me. You may not be so lucky.DANIEL S.

I was unsure how this experience was going to go when I reserved the truck but I have nothing but good things to say. Very pleasant experience. Have clear signs where to walk in to get service and have representatives use clear communication, keeping in mind this could be the customer's first time renting from Uhaul.ASHLEY L.
My truck mirror fell off while the truck was sitting. I didn't hit nothing, nothing hit me. U-Haul brushed it off as a accident. Terrible and dangerous. I paid the full bill, bit I will never rent them again.Derrick H.
Staff member was very good. I forgot 2 wrenches to remove a bolt locking down the trailer's hitch. He found a couple wrenches to allow me to disconnect the trailer from my vehicle.Mark F.
Reservation was put in and still was moved to a differenct location far away, then by the time I got the email I didn't have time to make it to pick up the truck. Ward Trucking had the trailer we reserved ready for pickup when we arrived. The guy working there was polite and helpful. They did great, and the service was excellent! My only frustration is with Uhaul one-way rental online reservation process because it is deceptive. They should not ask you where you want to pick up a trailer from if they fully intend to make you get it from somewhere else. I had to drive a 30 minute drive to pick up from downtown when I had requested a suburban pickup site that was closer.MONIKA S.

Booking was challenging, operater booked wrong day initially, after I was sent my confirmation, and a barage of phone calls was able to get it corrected only to get a text evening before move that changed pickup location and inconveniently the time! I will never rent from Uhual again. We had reservations for over 2 months and the day of our reservation comes and they don't have any of our equipment. The manager literally leaves to go home while the young college age kids stare at us and literally say they don't know what to do. We then have to do their job for them to find equipment all over town putting our out of state move a day behind and lost all our movers that were supposed to help us. We got nothing in return for our troubles. Uhual.has gone down here severely and I would never recommend someone to use them. Spend more money and go somewhere else where you actually get what you reserved and good service!!!!!Cameron W.

I selected a utility dolly to be in the truck when I picked it up. It was not there. When I returned the truck the employee told me they don't even have utility dollies at that location. Despite this, you still charged me $7 for the dolly. I want to be reimbursed for this.Jordan J.
