I rented 2 trucks for the same weekend. One truck came from a different location and they were much easier to work with. The 2nd truck came from this location and there were several problems. The lock was missing. I was told the trucks don't come with locks right after I picked up a truck with a lock. I pointed out the lock key on the Keychain that was handed to me. He did go grab a lock for me to use. That was wonderful. But, I was told there was 1/2 a tank and that's what I'd need to bring it back with. I got in the truck and it was closer to 1/4 of a tank. Also, I got charged for 3 days initially, instead of 2 and was told that I would get money back if I turned it in early. Then, turning it in, I was charged $40 more!!! I asked why and they couldn't tell me at this location. I had to call the main Uhaul number to get it sorted out and get refunded for the extra charge. Instead of offering to call Uhaul for me and get it fixed, they told me there was nothing they could do. So, all together, I was overcharged for 2 extra days that I have to get refunded by uhaul. I don't know if it's the system, the people, or a combo of both that caused all the problems. But, I haven't had these same issues at the other location I'm renting a truck from.
