Tim always likes it when you hide the key to the rental equipment in different places to make his morning more enjoyable. He also loves cookies and coffee. He and this location is always top notch A++You can't go wrong renting here!!

I really enjoy getting what ever we need from Tim. The equipment is clean and dependable. I return to this facility time and time again because of the way my family is treated. It’s first class. It’s like he goes out of his way to help us and to answer questions that we may have. Next time I need a rental or if someone asks me about a rental I will send them to Watco Storage!

Box was rough, but did its job well. Attendant did an internal sweep out for me and was very attentive on the transaction.

Fraudulently charged . We paid daily for the time we had the U-Haul . The manager then tried to charge us for 3 days because he was going to be closed routinely for the weekend . I declined the charge stating we would return it that day which we did the manager then proceeded to charge us over 330 dollars for a quarter tank of gas and 174 miles . He explains the charges in a text and states exactly what I have just said happened . I am denying the charge to my bank as fraud and filing a police report .

Allow the manager of this facility( New Albany on Grant line Rd.)Train and retrain all other employees at Uhauals in the Kentuckiiana area.He was very kind, patient and tolerable although all my ducks wasn't in the roll at that moment his meek tenacity got me through what could've been an anxiety chaotic mess for me.

Lower the prices!!! I rent vans 3/4 times a year and was shocked when I got my invoice this time!! It was nearly $100 more than usual for the same amount of time and milage. I did some checking, and it will be cheaper to rent from enterprise because they don't charge for milage! I talked to a lot of my friends who deliver for Amazon who are complaining about it cutting into their profits as well.

The man was very nice and explained everything very well. We got there to pick up the keys and used the app & lock box pick up and had no issues. Very easy and they had all the equipment we ordered in the truck waiting for us! Will absolutely use them again.

The gate keypad needs some new number buttons .those are hard too replace I know , great friendly service and I lot better to work with than the Evansville location I used at the beginning of the year

Nothing to add, locations are convenient, price is very reasonable, and the trailer did an excellent job trailing the truck. My wife did the driving, and it was her first time pulling a trailer with no issues. The New Albany location is well-managed and has a very friendly staff.

Did find 2 packs of cigarettes on new one half smoked a bottle of big Red wash cloth in the cab part of the UHAUL. The person that I rented from was great and so sweet. I would send people to him any time.

The equipment I ordered from u-haul was not at the stated ocation, but Tim @ watco tracked down another unit and helped me figure everything out on a Saturday morning so I could leave town on time.
