Customer service was great.. The gentlemen that I worked with was so nice..The truck was an older model & some one had wrecked it before because the driver door was hitting the tire wall when opened..It got the job done. I will use them if I need another truck..

Terry MThe equipment was great, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. Everything worked as expected, and I had no issues with the rental itself. My only complaint was the extra charge for the dolly. The trailer rental was $30, and then it was another $10 to rent a dolly. That felt a bit excessive for such a basic piece of equipment. I think a better approach would be to provide the dolly with a refundable deposit. If it's returned in good condition, the customer gets their money back. That seems like a more customer-friendly solution. Other than that, the experience was positive, and the equipment met my needs.
