My experience with Watco Storage was OUTSTANDING. My original reservation was with Miss Mary,s Auto at 445 N 41st in Louisville. They were HORRIBLE. Did not open at 9am. Location was old and dilapadated.

I was kinda in a rush to haul something before I went to work. It was quick and easy and the gentleman that helped me was great and friendly. I had never hauled anything with a trailer and he gave me a quick and easy guide for attaching the trailer and how to reverse with it. He made me feel more confident driving it and less nerves. Can’t say enough about him. Seemed like a genuine good man. Thanks to him. I came on 4-13-26 around 11:30ish. I never got his name so hopefully this reaches him. Thanks for the help.

JUDY SI can barely think of one thing, it was such an effortless and professional experience. But if you must have something, the buttons on the exit keypad need to be replaced, the numbers are barely readable. That said, any idiot should be able to figure out a nine-digit keypad,
