The clerk was reasonable pleasant, but there was a definite language barrier. He tried to make it better, but just could not. I caused misunderstandings with the price and with what we were trying to do for our rental. Still they were cordial, but if you were in a hurry this would not be the place to recommend.

JAMES GU-Haul cost me 3 hours of my time today cause nobody can get their shit together!! I dropped the trailer in Virden then was told it would cost me an extra 200 bucks so after 45min dealing with U-Haul on the phone I drove it to Melita just to here them at water boys say I should have left it in Virden and it didn’t need to come back to Virden cause I selected one way!! So it will be a frosty day in hell before use or recommend U-Haul to anyone!! Piss poor business
