This location doesn't seem to have enough trucks to rent. It seems that when I have to rent a truck for the current day, trucks are not available. Please try adding one or two additional trucks such as a 10 or 15 ft. truck.

Michelle is amazing! I love this Uhaul because of her. I will continue to rent from her and recommend to friends in need of Uhaul. The space provided for pickup/returns is very spacious and that is also a plus. Trailers and trucks rented from this facility are always there when needed, in clean and good condition. Thank you to Michelle for another awesome experience! I'll be back in August for another rental!

The trick was dirty. The cup holder was SO sticky it wouldn’t open until I cleaned it. This was not my original pickup and it was 1 hour and 10 minutes from my house. The location was changed only notifying me in an email that went to my spam.

I would only recommend to a friend, if they are good having no assistance whatsoever. And if the app worked properly, I’m sure it would’ve been seamless. The app drop off locations were no where near where I was moving. They were over an hour in the opposite direction, when there was a location right down the road. I had to “find” your phone number (which is guarded heavily). And a very sweet woman helped me through the process. She was great. Truck had seen better days, but considering how many moves the truck has done, she’s in great shape.

Your app was non functional for days giving me extreme anxiety about whether my order was ready or if I even could pick it up. Also having to be jumping through hoops on the main website to access pick up and returns wasn't fun.
