Andrew LOnline reservation system said the trailer would be on Pass Rd in Gulfport, MS. I had truck problems which delayed my arrival at Pass Rd. Then, I got a call from Mr. Marine in WAVELAND, MS, informing me that the trailer was located at his dealership. The distance was another 25 miles one-way to his place in Waveland. I am disappointed that U-Haul lied to me about the location of the trailer I reserved. Mr. Marine, in Waveland, was apologetic and nice to work with. THERE SHOULD BE A PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE ON THE CONFIRMED RESERVATION FOR THE DEALERSHIP WHERE THE RESERVED TRAILER IS TO BE PICKED UP, so the customer can verify that the trailer is there and not someplace else.
