The only thing that could be improved was clarification of the hours of operation. When I called in, the voicemail message indicated that the facility opened at 7 AM. That was not the case, but there is a QR code in the back that you can use to return your equipment. Also, the folks at the front of the liquor store were very helpful and happy to help.

DIXIE JThe 24 hour lock box system would not work. The poor overworked gal being the only working employee of the busy liquor store, was running back and forth to assist prioritized liquor store clients constantly, while the U-Haul clients myself and others waited 55 minutes to get to the point of keys. This location has 1 employee working on Fridays.

Terri K1. I had to drive 100 miles to pick up the truck 2. Center console was damaged, didn't notice till after I left. 3. Passenger side of the roof had a leak. 4. Only needed the truck for 3 days but wasn't given that option. Paid way to much for the amount of time i needed it
rick rThe pickup location itself was OK. The problem is the location wasn't what I reserved. (Reservation in Bend, OR - truck in Oakridge, OR). Had to drive 100 miles out of the way to pick up 20' truck. No compensation for the extra gas. I learned that uhaul 'reservation' is far from a guarantee. Will keep this in mind for any future rental.

Stephen FHonor reservations that are made! At our original Saturday reservation the guy said he didn't know how to rent U-Hauls and we'd have to come back 2 days later! 2 days later we'd made a mobile reservation, but they didn't have the equipment ready at pickup time, then took FOREVER to do so after we went into the office to remind them! These people run this place like a hobby, whenever they feel like it, instead of handling the responsibilities required of a business!

Gregory MVery rude. The area is very poorly marked to find the lot. They wanted me to relocate the truck after I already legally parked it and checked out on the App. I no longer had legal possession of the rental. They were rude about it and didn’t even identify themselves.
Jack AI had reserved a trailer weeks in advance of my move. I was notified only days prior to pick up that there was no trailer available, something about "in for maintenance or repairs". I was given a discount but had to drive 40 miles away (one way) to pick up another trailer at different location. So, what good is making a reservation?
randy bThere needs to be signage that is easily viewable from the street that this is a Uhaul location. We were questionable about where the office was, or where to go to drop off the truck. Theres no signage we saw on the front of the building and were only able to tell it was the location by spotting a uhaul parked in the back.
Kenyan KNot a thing! Customer service was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!! Went WAY above and beyond for me, due to incoming snow storm. Personable, efficient, knowledgeable of rental process as well as mechanical workings of vehicle! Highly recommend this store location for any and all rental needs!!

STEVE RI made reservation online an checked in prior to picking up equipment. I arrived a few minutes after my reservation time and it took close to an hour to rent a trailer. The lady helping me stopped several times to go to the other side of the store to ring up people's liquor. I did not expect it to take an hour to simply rent a trailer on a Sunday afternoon when I had done early check in which is supposed to cut wait time in half. I can't imagine waiting 2 hours if I hadn't checked in from home. Something should be done to simplify the process so it's not such an inconvenience to rent equipment from you.

SAL PThe people went out of their way to help us when we came (as scheduled) at (9 AM), even though the person who usually handles U-Haul business does not come in until 10:00. They got us on our way courteously and quickly. People at U-Haul gave us extra miles and days because we had to pick up the truck quite a distance out of town.
Betty WB Video saved us in our time of need. Items were broken in the crash and they jumped in to help clean the mess. They were kind when I was losing it. I appreciate the great service I received there.
ROBIN CTrailer was hooked up with a 4" drop hitch that I provided (I had 3 other options, but couldn't tell where the trailer sat as I had to hook up in the weeds of a nursery on non-level ground). I pulled over a mile away and re-attached the trailer using a no drop hitch and found that the chains were not hooked up. I had no rental contract in the envelope that I was provided (my wife got a phone call telling her this after I left). Overall, I am glad it was me that got the bad hook-up as opposed to someone who didn't have the proper implements or experience to level out the trailer or even think to check it before towing.
KEN SWhen I picked up the uhaul the paper work said it had one quarter gas and it was on empty below the orange mark, so I went back in to tell them and they asked me to put gas in it and they would pay me back. They did, but I didn't appreciate having to do the extra after I had walked their in the rain, I was expecting it to be ready to go.

Carole STrain the employees better. One of the girls had her baby with her at work, changed the diaper in full sight behind the counter and then put it, dirty side up, on top of an overflowing trash can! In full view! This employee was very aggressive and rude. She left a new (?) employee to take care of the truck rental contract - this girl was polite but needed more help. There were three employees there, so why did it take us approximately 45 minutes to finish the contract so we could leave? The blonde girl made a point of telling us what would happen if we didn't fulfill the terms of the contract in a very loud and rude voice. When I went outside to get the truck, no one checked the fuel level (including myself), and I didn't realize that it wasn't at half full like it was supposed to be, and being behind schedule I decided that I couldn't waste any more time getting a new contract drawn up. I made sure that the truck was returned on time and the gas was filled to half full.

DIANE PI did an on-line express check-in for Keevers because it is much easier than We B Video but I had to go to We B for the paperwork and then was told my reservation was canceled at Keevers because the person had gone to Costco in Eugene. We B is not easy and We B is co-located with the liquor store so there is lots of traffic. There was no one outside to assist me. They need to stop using We B and concentrate on Keevers. It is hard to believe Uhaul would use the We B location.
JERRY Ccab reeked of smoke. Should have non-smoker rigs. This less than full tank is bogus - just fill the damn tank and expect it returned full. I was expected to fill to 5/16 - no gas gauge reads that close. We B Video was far too busy selling Cigs. to deal with U-Haul.
ROBERT WPeople here are always kind and helpful. They tried to help when I told them the amount I was charged as they are the ones that helped me with my reservation of the truck at $771 rental.

Richard OI needed a 20 ft truck only able to get 17 ft truck. They offered a trailer but we had a big snow and a steep driveway and would have to make a sharp right or left turn out of the driveway so with all the ice and snow we knew the trailer was not an option.. We now have to rent your small truck on the first of the month to get the rest of our things...this really hurt my financial situation, 2 more weeks in rent, another trip, gas and truck. I live on less than 1000 a month disability this change in truck size has made it difficult. They called me the day before I pick up and informed me it would be a 17ft instead. I would appreciate any relief that you can give me on the 1st as I live from pay check to pay check and now forced to pay rent in two places. I am out of money until the first. I have always used your company and have been happy with your service for many years now.

CHARLOTTE PNo visible UHaul signage. We passed up the location. To their credit they did let us use the exit instead of having to turn around on a busy street. Untrained personnel on duty. She did an awesome job but she had to call for assistance. We did arrive a day early however.

RICHARD RLittle disappointing. Was told the extra day charge was $40.00, but was not told they would automatically add the insurance charge. i understand, but should have been pointed out also. The first gentleman that answered when I called this location was not too informative, but rather in a big hurry. But, the two women that helped after that were very helpful.
