I made reservation online an checked in prior to picking up equipment. I arrived a few minutes after my reservation time and it took close to an hour to rent a trailer. The lady helping me stopped several times to go to the other side of the store to ring up people's liquor. I did not expect it to take an hour to simply rent a trailer on a Sunday afternoon when I had done early check in which is supposed to cut wait time in half. I can't imagine waiting 2 hours if I hadn't checked in from home. Something should be done to simplify the process so it's not such an inconvenience to rent equipment from you.
