We rented a one way rental, only to arrive to the destination and be told the drop off had been changed to a location 50 miles away. This was critical information that should have been known BEFORE rental was made. It put all parties in a very uncomfortable position… Implementing currently existing industry software into your business would solve this problem.

Terri KWe had to be moved to this location after our reservation could not be accommodated in Eugene, OR at the last minute, which was incredibly disappointing. We then took uber an hour out to this location and when we arrived the person who was supposed to be working the counter had already left, despite us saying ew would be there by 3:45pm and they were supposed to be open until 4pm. Over the phone we were easily able to connect and switch to a keyless/app reservation pick up but it was not an ideal situation to say the least. We never did receive the $70 credit we were told we would get for additional mileage and we also were charged for furniture blankets that were not there.
