Charged missing blankets to my credit card that I never received in the first place. We returned the truck with more fuel in it than when picked up and I still got charged for 2 gallons!!! I went over my mileage by 2 miles and was charged. Had to move items out of my deceased brothers house and now have more hassle with uhaul to clear up. $116 in extra charges that should not be there.DARCY Y.
Pick up is not at the specified location. It's on a different street. Key pickup is on even a different street. No signs no help no one answers a phone. Rachel was rude and let the phone ring when I called back for 42 minutes until 7 om when a traffics person came in who was WONDERFUL. Because Of all the misinformation I didn't get my truck until 2 hours late. Missed picking up furniture and delayed the move today. My location could never be verified pick up or return. Trailer arrived at pickup location pretty beat up and dented. I took photos before I drove off the lot to show that the damage was prior to me picking it upKEVIN G.
He tried to fix the pickup locations mistake, straighten out the wrong numbers but was not able to correct the billing. He told me to contact my credit card company to stop the wrong charges. If Uhaul operates like this, I will have to switch to a better rental service.Robert S.

did online check in to pick trailer up on website. nothing on website check in said i had to go into facility to fill paperwork out or have anything else done. few hours later pick up place called and asked if we had trailer. when explained to person calling about doing online check and that there was nothing on check in or at location about having to come into facility before leaving. the person that called was not very professional or understanding about situation.Jason N.

My suggestion would be to check the rigs before someone gets in them because there was drugs in the rental I had. Also, the cab smelled like cigarette smoke. Another thing, the online check in didn't work on my phone well and wouldn't allow me to finish the check in process and wouldn't let me add comments on the pictures that were provided. One last thing, a heads up when you arrange a rental online that the check in process is lengthy for people who don't know would be nice. Let people know its best to be able 15min prior or plan to not leave for 15min after you arrive at the pick up location.Jessica D.

I was told by the corporate office I had to pick the truck up 40 miles away when I worked close to we fix it but the staff at we fix it went and picked the truck up at there expence. I'm a single dad and couldn't make arrangement to do that so I appreciate we fix it for doing that.MARK H.
Clean the inside of the truck better. Maybe fix the transmission that's slipping and the steering column that's going as well. I was all over the road because the steering wheel is so loose. Also, the reps from U-Haul that I talked to were all very rude and not friendly in anyway. If U-Haul wasn't the cheapest for moving trucks I wouldn't use it again due to the rudeness I received from all the reps. Also, I never received a phone call to confirm my appointment. They just confirmed it without speaking to me. Not very happy with U-Haul this time. Never had an issue before either.andrew C.

The equipment was clean, had one marker light out, and the trailer leaked I think on the floor. Nothing on top got wet but I had stuff on the floor to protect against leaking. Never seen one that didn't leak.Lawrence B.

I reserved a truck close to my location & you (Uhaul) moved my reservation to a further location. So I had to pay for all the miles & that is not fair to me as a customer. I feel that since you moved the rental from what I wanted I should not have had to pay for those extra miles.Tammi M.
