I scheduled a one way 4X8 cargo trailer rental several weeks in advance and picked up the trailer on the day and time scheduled without any problem. The agent was helpful at the time of scheduling the rental and again the day I picked up the trailer. The U-Haul system has greatly improved their rental and drop off processes to the point of being relatively quick and painless since the last time I used their service years ago.
