The U-haul was spattered with dried road salts and dirt. We had to clean the windshield, side windows, and headlights in order to safely drive it. Not a big deal but we've never had this issue before.
BONNIE RMake your self checkout process better, it times out too much.
ANDREW KI was disappointed that he didn't go to inspect the truck and just took the key and told me I could leave. I feel that he could easily deceive people by this behavior.
JOANNA BThe clock in the truck was set for Central Standard time, not Mountain.
Elizabeth SVery helpful, and quite funny (at least he thought so :)), employee.
MARK MMy only complaint is the cab of the truck had a bit of an unpleasant odor. Would recommend air freshener!
Amanda BThe app experience has been terrible and apparently internal log system was very off. In particular: 1) When typing names and phone numbers in the app the keyboard covers the field being entered, making it very easy to misspell and impossible to edit (without full erase and do over) 2) Prompts in the app were not clear, I listed multiple contacts that happened to be on the plane at the time, the prompt didn't suggest that they need to be online and available (also doing that step ahead of time would make a lot more sense, people are busy) 3) I had to change the order because my keys were not in the keybox. It later turned out that the keys were left at a store for pickup but neither the app nor the assisting operator knew that.
Dmitrii KThey over charged and the truck is terrible…
Alessio Lthey had no interest in the fact that I was VERY unhappy
Vanessa WAfter getting a flat tire on a tire that was completely bald, I had to rush to get a new truck at a different Boulder location. I showed up to the FedEx (a UHaul partner) to pick up my confirmed reservation I had made an hour before. The attendant told me he didn't have a truck and that my reservation had been moved and I should check my text. I pushed back and showed him my phone to prove I had received no text that my reservation had been moved. He called Uhaul and then apologized -- the truck was there. I climbed in and the "check engine" light was on. Having already had 1 Uhaul vehicle break down on me that day, I ran back in to let him know. He said no -- it was a known error and it was fine (though he did not warn me before). I did appreciate the late key drop and the truck did work through the reservation.
Samantha MThey’re charging us for miles we didn't drive. We actually drove 40 miles, but it says we drove 286
