1. We Ship. 4800 Baseline Rd. Employee named Thomas. 45 minutes late to Open the Retail Storefront. 2. Vehicle was self checked in prior to this rental and was dirty and the fuel level was overstated. 3. Due to Thomas at We Ship, we missed our pickup window and has to reurn to drop off the vehicle after 1 hour. 4. Thomas decided to add extra charges to our Invoice. 5. The We Ship owner is Jahir Mansuri, someone needs to speak with him about U Haul policy and customer service. 6. We Ship was once a UPS Store, which was closed down by UPS for Poor Customer Service.
Michael MOur UHaul rental experience was good and we were able to manage the process just fine. Our only complaint is that the tank of the truck was only at about 1/4 when we got it.

Denay POverall, the experience was good but, in my opinion, could be improved in two ways - the second being more important than the first: * The number of photos required for check out and check back in get onerous especially when the truck is parked very close to another vehicle and getting good shots becomes difficult. * The lock for returning the key did not work well. I had to try the code three times and "play" with the lock before it opened. The temperature had dropped and my hands were getting pretty cold. In addition, the lighting was not very good making it hard to see the code on the lock.
