The right side wheel bearing was very loose and the trailer whipped even though properly loaded. There was a cross wind but the bearing issue I believe played a role. The issue was identified by the representative who inspected the trailer at drop off site. Good catch. Trailer is aging from the looks of the graphics.

I used U-Haul a few years back. Really inconvenient experience. However, from the folks at the store to the online process. This was a fantastic experience. Got in, got my trailer and out within like 10 minutes. They have really dialed everything in. Will be using again in the future. Thanks U-Haul

Locations need to be 'level'. So one person can lift hitch off the ball when returning the trailer. Sloping ground causes constant pull away pressure on ball and makes it a situation that the customer could drop hitch on his foot!!!!!! That is if he can get hitch off the ball with or without chocks. !!!

Reserved van with hand truck dolly over a month ago. Was told a day before rental pickup that a dolly was not available. They had a month to get a dolly. Made the move very difficult without hand truck.

Overall it was a good experience. Reserving was easy, nice people, the truck was clean and ran well on a long distance travel. However, the taillights were out on the car hauler and we were pulled over ! No ticket thank goodness but we were lucky to not get pulled over further along in our trip. Probably should check over trailer lights before.

My route was 29 miles and the guy at the UHAUL place said he would add more mileage because 30 miles were allowed, I returned the truck with the amount of gas it started with. They sent me a bill for 4 gallons of gas. I was very careful to add the gas back that I used, but they did not honor the extra mileage or just charged me for gas. Moves are very stressful as it is, they definitely added more stress to my move. Also, they asked if I wanted to buy insurance, I HAD ALREADY added the insurance when I placed the order online.

The gentleman that helped me went truly above and beyond. He helped me dig out and pull the trailer from the snow and ice with his truck. He was very respectfully and willing to do anything to help. I sincerely appreciated his effort.

The truck we rented was issued out with between 1/4 and 3/8 tank of fuel. The distance to empty gauge read 146 miles. I turned it in with 144 miles to empty and was charged $28 for fuel. I have used U-Haul several times in the past and planned on using U-Haul in the future but now do not plan on using U-Haul anymore

We were 30 minutes late picking up our truck which we had reserved for 7am, and at no point did we receive communication that if we were not "on time" that we would have to wait until the store "opened" at 8:30am to get the truck. Also, I had reserved an appliance dolly but was only notified the day of that they cancelled that reservation due to one not being available.

Truck was full of mud from the driver's side step and the inside of the cab. The blankets or furniture covers were very dirty and two had holes. Also at this location they have only on size tv box just for a 70 inch.

U-Haul Customer Service was just great, very personable, efficient and professional. They made the experience very easy and friendly. I will be using them again. The van was clean, full of gas and easy to drive. They were very transparent on how things are handled at U-Haul. Thank you!!!

Weatherford Self Storage is great! After I got there I realized the trailer I reserved may be too small. They allowed me to change to a larger one and acted like it was no big deal or inconvenience. They're very nice people!

There was a technical issue with the app. My end showed a reservation but the system did not, meaning there wasn’t a clean/inspected truck ready to go. I do not hold the facility responsible. I chose to accept a dirty truck. It was a bit frustrating when the check engine light was on for almost the whole time. Again, the problem was with the app.

I have used Home Town Storage for over 2 years, never had a problem. It is well lit all the time with easy access. Always clean and well kept. There is plenty of room to get a large moving truck in and out. If you need a storage facility I highly recommend.

Brian in the office always seemed very nice, and no one gave my any hassle about moving out, stopping my charges the day I let them know. It was appreciated. Lots of cobwebs and general trash in the hallways though. The light switches were recently fixed but before that did not work for months. Some of the trash was pretty gross and still there weeks at a time. I cleaned the cobwebs with my own broom around my storeroom many times. A few spiders and grasshoppers, one or two roaches, and once I saw mouse droppings but that was over a year ago. I started spraying peppermint every time I came to keep them away, and it seemed to have worked.

I never even moved in. The two knuckleheads couldn’t figure out auto pay obviously that’s why it never got paid, couldn’t figure out how to pay 6 months in advance, I wasted $200 on this bull sh*t. Y’all are crooks and I want my money back!

I did move out of the unit before the end of April, but my credit card was charged for the May rent. When I called the man said he was unable to get into his computer but he would refund it as soon as he could. Would you please check on this and reply!

The assistant, not the manager, was very unprofessional and very disrespectful to my wife as well as myself. We moved our stuff to another facility because of this. I tried to locate management and/or owner was not successful. Asked the assistant and he told me to google it.
