I was placed on an e alert and tried calling to get it corrected and spent 38 minutes on hold and never talking to anyone. Got a call back 1 1/2 hours later to find out that the e alert had been lifted. Your associates at the location need to be able to handle this. Huge inconvenience for the customer.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe service was great and the staff was nice
Charles MThis location is always the most pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. We will be back
William YThe experience using U-haul was truly 5 stars, and all of the credit for that 5 star experience goes to Garry at the U-haul mineral wells location. The guy working at the Weatherford location listed on this review did not give 5 star service, in fact I'd rate the Weatherford location guys service 1 star. He was rude, seemed like he didn't want to help me, and honestly just seemed lazy. Garry is awesome and made my experience great despite the Weatherford location guys attitude and disposition.
