The front end of the cargo van was splashed with mud but the inside was fairly clean and worked for me since I only needed it to store items in it for few days.

KYMBERLI WThe location was nice but something was going on with that tuck. It didn’t happen until the very end and it felt like the steering almost lost control. Other than that the app was very hard to use it took me almost an hour to find the next step button and I was on the phone with customer service. There as no ability for me to send her sceeen shots to an email or her phone so she could see what my issue was. And then the guy who booked my reservation out the free storage and it kept adding on a 80 dollars. It’s actually really hard to frustrate me but Uhaul has successfully done it.

Laura PHaving to drop off the truck at a location 30 minutes from my arrival location was a true inconvenience, when there was a drop off site minutes from my location in Miami of Ohio. More drop off sites need to be made available in college towns such as Miami. It makes good business sense not to inconvenience your customers.

Caroline GThe truck was not checked in properly - i have been charged for 99 miles when i only went 45 and for 4 gallons of gas when i put 5 gallons in before i turned it in. I have no picture of the dashboard so no way to prove it other than my word.
