This was not our first choice for truck pick up, we set up to pick up the truck at a closer location, but U-Haul sent a text the day before changing our location to here. That could have been a major problem as we were scheduled to pick up the truck at 4:15 and this location closes at 4:00. Luckily someone was still there and we got our truck without issue. U-Haul corporate needs a better computer system to avoid possible mistakes like this.

Some initial problems with online reservation system tried to send me elsewhere when this location had the trailer availability. I physically had to go to the location to reserve it. Fix the online availability reservation system a bit to more accurately reflect this location's equipment.

The last time I dropped off the uhaul truck I had very good service at this location, and this time the customer service was excellent as well. When I got the truck at my house and was ready to load, opened it up and it looked like dog hair all over and dried oatmeal/food it was dirty and not swept out properly, and with the covid 19 is anything disinfected? It did not appear clean. So unfortunately after this problem I would not recommend this place.
