All went well
Bob CI was told on the phone from the rep when I was renting that they would throw in $20 due to the inconvience of me having to go to a different location and that location was harder to get to due to roads being closed. I did not see that reflected on my bill.
Kim Sthe van had a slight odor like someone had been smoking in it but otherwise very clean.
