No issues with location. Major issues with dispatch office. Had to drive 40 minutes from original pick up location two times as Uhaul did not provide trailer at correct location and did not communicate correct hours to pick up

There was no one working at the site so I had to figure out how to unhitch the trailer myself. It was stuck so it took me a long while to detach it. My drop off was around 3pm on a Saturday, a reasonable time to have someone working in the office.
Cynthai MI needed to extend my truck rental from 930 PM to about 11:30 PM… unfortunately, the app would not allow me to extend because it said a family needed the truck at 10pm… when the location is closed, that seemed difficult to ready the vehicle, and now I’m in need of another truck.

Roger Bthey entered our reservation wrong when it’s supposed to be a two way trip and put one way then proceeds to try to charge us for their mistake when my original reservation says drop off location back in ohio
