My experience was wonderful. Everything went smoothly and the equipment was brand new. The truck I rented only had 25,000 miles on it. It ran perfect. Gary Weimer was very helpful and also suggested the $15 insurance. I didn’t mind the extra money after he explained it to me. Gary was there when I drop the truck off. It was a very nice experience. Will definitely go back to Gary’s for my next truck. Tracy
tracy cStore hours are form 8 to 5 and I arrived to the place at 4:20, the open sign was on when I drove into the lot and by the time I walked up to the door the open sign was off and the door locked.

brad wWas charged extra mileage and gave uhaul extra gas with no compensation should have vehicles full when pick up so you know how much to put back in them instead of guessing so you don’t take advantage of people especially since you charge 5/gal to fill up and service fees but don’t compensate back for fuel.

Stephanie EEnsure that proper maintenance is conducted on equipment. This truck has steering issues, it pulled severely to the right and needs to be realigned before it is rented out to anyone....it's a safety hazard.

JOSEPH WThe person who checked us in was not sufficiently knowledgeable to navigate the web-based check in. We had to do it for him. He also incorrectly recorded the gas gauge was at 3/4 tank when it was actually below 1/2 tank, but I did not notice this until after I drove off.
Patrick Kdolly did not come with it and I paid for it. I still have not seen a refund on it either.

JUSTIN CThis was the closest location for drop-off to my location - there hours were wrong so I couldn't drop off like with someone that was there. There was no reminder at either pick up or drop off that I needed to use the app - this caused me to drive an hour out of my way and have to return to use the app. This was a bit much considering there posted hours were open and the lack of app knowledge.
TRISTAN CGary was great, told us about the trailer and how the brakes work. He's very easy to get along with. It's my third time renting from him.

Allen RBe open to return the truck when done. I had to call u- haul to check it in because my number or email would not work. So. They charged me 20.00. This fine. But don't charge me for a nother day. That's not right.

Bill BYou can only rent before noon on Saturday and closed on Sunday. So I was charged for two days because I had to pick it up Saturday. I orginally wanted to rent from another place but the owner got sick.

Rudolph BThe trailer I had was old and faded paint. On our trip we encountered rain which leaked into the trailer and our belongings got wet. In short our clothes we brought back from vacation were wet. Plus the first dealer I dealt with in norwalk ohio is nothing short of an ass on two feet

DAN N7-19-17 The customer service folks at both pick up and drop off locations were excellent to work with. Highly recommended! However, the trailer was not as good as I have rented previously. Even though the Uhaul inspection indicated it passed inspection just three weeks prior. It was in serious need of maintenance as follows; - continually squeaking - Intermittent shuttering while driving. Even on flat roadways? - Strand crank was extremely tight to activate. Requiring way too much force. My comments are intended to be constructive, so as to improve future customer experiences. I plan on renting from Uhaul going forward but would hope to have a better maintained trailer.
PAUL JThat was one of the worst riding uhuals i had, beyond horrible gas mileage at 7.5 mpg. Service great though. No problems with business. They got stuck with a piece of crap truck.

scott bI dropped off the trailer after hours and did not step inside. I put the trailer where I thought it would be kept had an employee stored it away - there were not clear directions.
David JPlace was dirty. You couldn't sit down because a dog had the chair. Guy's computer was old, slow and kept giving him problems and the guy smelled of stale booze! I would never go back here and would tell anyone I know not to go here as well.

LLOYD BI had rented a vehicle 2 weeks earlier from Detrick Motors on route 250 only to be told that there wasn't a vehicle to use the day we were to rent it. Had to go 10 miles out of my way to pick up the vehicle. Once there, it took over an hour to get the vehicle. Owner could not print our contract. I didn't want the insurance but the $28 charge was on the contract. Couldn't get it off so to speed things up I agreed to take the insurance. Still couldn't print the contract. Owner had me sign a blank piece of paper so we could be on our way. From the time we started with the first location to when we finished up with the 2nd location was nearly an hour. This caused us to be delayed 1 1/2 because of the extra distance to pick up the vehicle. I'm sure we were charged for the extra miles as well but I wouldn't know since I never received the contract. I was told it was my fault for changing the drop off point with the 800 number. Wasn't that great customer service!

Joseph BThe trailer was a tough pull. My mileage dropped in half just pulling the empty trailer. Did not change adding the lawn mower to the load. I would have the wheels and/or bearings checked.
JOHN Lmy name is Pamela Gardner,I made reservation on line secured with my credit card . when son ,and daughter went to pick up truck and car transport he wanted cash and double what he quoted . it was very upsetting

JOSEPH HDid the after hours drop off. Let a note for them to call me for reimbursement of oil and partial refund for delay and inconvenience and still have not received a call 3-4 days later.
