Be willing to accommodate for unforeseen situations with customers. Uhaul representative did not want to extend my local rental because my house purchase was delayed 1 week and I had everything I owned in it. Location operator ensured I kept it saving me an extreme amount of hassle.

My only comment... the truck several times on the trip made very upsetting noises... I checked tired and could see no issue... I had to believe after that it was an engine noise that I could not explain. I was not willing to stop in the middle of no where and call for a change of vehicle... I managed to complete the trip and turned the truck in. I had no indication of what the issue was, but it was distressing.

We did NOT get the size truck we ordered. We were forced to take a larger truck and pay for the additional gas it consumed. U-Haul did this to me once in the past with a trailer. Get your act together!
