drop off location was excellent.I would recommend highly. They are a full Auto service drop off location.

The app/self check in. I couldn't use it and had to go inside to get checked in because the app wouldn't let me do everything I needed to do. I feel it needs updated

Bruce GI did not appreciate being charged and after hours fee due to te fact I did mobile pick up and return, it was a holiday weekend, and I returned it earlier than the date/time given. Truck needs an alignment. Feels like wheels are toed in. When ever road is even a little bumpy, the steering fights against itself.

james sThey had a small selection but it was available. The lot is small and also services an auto repair business. Navigation of the lot is somewhat difficult due to this congestion. When returning the trailer there was no empty spot for the trailer. They were helpful in getting the trailer hitched and making sure the lights were functioning properly prior to me taking the trailer from the lot. The trailer functioned appropriately and was clean and ready for use.

Aaron SThere is a $30 fee if a truck is returned below 1/4 tank. There is already a convenience fee of roughly $7 per gallon of gas if you return it without filling it up yourself. My truck was given to me with almost exactly 1/4 gallon and I was uncomfortable taking the 26 footer through either of the small gas stations in my area, so I returned it (after a 30 mile trip put it JUST below 1/4 tank) expecting to just pay the $7/gallon for a couple of gallons to return to my original place, but I received the $30 fee for returning it below 1/4 tank. I feel that it was unfair to loan me a truck with 0 margin for error in regards to the tank capacity. Trucks should not be able to be taken out when the tank is below 1/2 tank.

KEVIN GNot necessarily their fault, but we had a very hard time returning the truck after hours because there was no internet signal from their location. So check out took over an hour. The truck was very nice and clean!

NATHAN PThe only issue i had was that I reserved a 15 foot truck and ended up getting a 26 foot truck. I was disappointed that I was not given a discount due to the extra fuel I needed to spend to drive a much larger truck than I reserved. I feel that there should had been some type of compensation for this.

Aaron BI requested an appliance dolly and got none! It was guaranteed by your company three days before the move. I will never use you again!! The appliances had to be picked up by hand, which is what I tried to avoid!!! Very disappointed in your service. I don’t know if the appliance dolly was clean, because I never got one!! The trailer needed swept out, but it was leafs and some dirt.

Douglas BWelches was wonderful. They helped us when U-Haul dropped the ball. We reserved a 26-foot truck weeks in advance. U-Haul called bat 8:50am (on the day of our move, with helping hands scheduled to arrive at 11am) to inform us that our 10am pickup time had been changed to 4:30pm. Unacceptable, U-Haul!!
