The equipment took a while to change gears when driving. Idk if the transmission is bad or if it’s something else. I was afraid that it would break down.

Hated everything about my experience here the gentleman that called me after the truck was turned in was rude all he did was yell at me through the phone then Proceeded to hang up on me but he didn't just stop there he felt the need to get the last word in and prove a point then he text my cell phone hours after I turned in and completed the rental and an hour after he hung up the phone on me I would not recommend uhaul as a whole after this harrassing rude experience. I tied to call the location back to ask for their feild manager and he hung up the phone on my face again so I am done with this company I submitted a complaint with uhal after constant back and forth but I am absolutely now done and will be escalating this to the BBB because it shouldn't have amounted to this gentleman then texting me after the fact I blocked the number but it's not like he can't just pull up my information whenever they want since obviously he still had access to my information long after the rental was done the people that contracts with uhaul is questionable and I will be forwarding this to my local military bases regarding this location us being military when we PCS about 90% of us use uhaul when we PCS THIS IS A SAFETY CONCERN NOW AND ABSOLUTELY NOT OK I AM PISSED OFF

Don’t send customers to this location. Maybe this can be a satelite terminal or a storage yard for vehicle equipment until a more reputable site can assume responsibility of equipment.
