The guy who checked me in was very rude and disrespectful. Particularly when asking me for information so he could complete the online check-in details. Also, the office was a complete disaster and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I'm pretty sure if I was a man who was checking in, I would have been treated differently. Customer must be informed about how to pick up the truck at least 1 day prior to reservation date. We were at the pick-up location for about 30mins and nobody was in the office. When I called the scheduling dept, I was told that a link was texted to me, but I did not receive one. While retrieving the key, a staff just arrived, without talking to us, he lifted the rear door of the truck, gave the key to us. He's very rude! I even called the customer service and they never mentioned that it is self-service in retrieving the truck prior to pick up date.Matthew David H.

The pick up process was awful. We tried to use the app with no luck. We finally used the website to get started. The processed asked for an alternative verification by either passport, lease agreement, employer, or friend/relative. We tried the friend/relative and it wouldn't accept any of the numbers I entered. Then I decided to use employer. Luckily, one of my employer is 24/7 and my manager happened to be at work to help. We went through this process and it then wanted me to verify another way. Who brings a passport or lease agreement to a uhaul pick up. Finally got a number that worked for my mother in law. Worst pick up experience and process ever. Also, want to mention that the pads were already opened with one in the cab. And there was no dolly present. So I'm hoping I will not be charged for these items.John B.
Notify me furniture dolly told me when I got there I had hired two movers through you we had to get our own dolly. The man at Werner u haul he's very arrogant and rude. It makes you park on the street. car was loaded with home furnishings they charge me $29.95 it was supposed to be $19.95. So I would like to be credited back to my credit card the $10 difference. Reserved trailer over 4 weeks in advance received a call changing pickup location. Asked to pickup trailer at 1:00 and was told it wouldn't be available until 4:00. When I picked up the trailer it had about 4 inches of light snow on it. It snowed overnight but was sunny all day meaning the trailer had been there all day. My rating is about customer service or the lack of it.Peter C.

No effort to check truck with me. simply took the keys and told me that I would get an email from u haul. Everything turned alright but I had no idea what to expect. I had photos to proof everything was good but I did expect an attendant to look at the truck while I was there.Magnus M.

The location was good, the customer service received from U-Haul itself was awful and due to that I would not recommend using U-Haul to anyone. I was on chat for about 2 hours the day before with 3 different people and was told that even though my account didn't show the reservation, it would all be okay when I got to the location. When I got there and put in my reservation, which came up like it did the day before, but then logged into my account, it still showed that I didn't have a reservation. When I called the number I was to call, there was a 26 minute wait time. Absolutely ridiculous. Then, my bill had the Safe Move charge on it that I hadn't checked to include on my reservation or agreed to at any other time. Waiting to see how long it will take to get that credit on my card. Hopefully that won't be another run-around like the rental was.Janine F.

I used the truck for a few hours to move a mattress. You advertise 20$ truck rentals, it's literally written on the side of the truck. I was charged 140$. Who the hell would ever be happy with that?richard D.

The man was rude! A was clearly there before anyone else at 950 and had a reservation 4 days in advance but when another customer (white) showed up while I was trying to figure out the app the man came out and told us there has been a mix up so if we are both here for a truck YOU (and pointed at me) will have to wait until 12. I guess luckily they were there for a trailer but that was just the beginning. Would never use that location again. They weren't open at 8 am. Not pertinent to this location, but my overall experience with UHaul this time was not very good. During this rental I received multiple calls and six text messages from UHaul. I did not get any drop off point until well into the rental. Many of the calls required me to return calls that were never answered. One time, I was on hold for 32 min and finally hung up.ROBERT W.

Was not expecting Insurance charge ($40.00), would have declined if I was aware at the time, and additional sales Tax. This should have been included in the quote. (Not related to pickup location) Quote was already very high considering the short rental period and the type of unit rented. These additional charges took an already high quote and made it almost what I could have paid a delivery company to deliver the car I trailered.Joe G.

We rented an open trailer. When we arrives to pick it up, we were told the ONLY trailer in the State of MN was a small enclosed trailer. We told them we were not certain the furnishing would fit inside. We took the trailer home and nothing fit. Called for two days leaving messages that we needed to return the trailer as we would not be taking it from MN to Texas as planned. Owner never calls back but I finally reach him. Owner said he would call the Uhaul representative about a refund. To date, (9 days later) no return calls and yesterday another change posted to my credit card as a opposed to a refund. Customer service was horrible. The proprietor was not expecting me at all. He was sitting with a couple conducting some other business while I waited until he was finished. He then addressed me, asking why I was there. I explained that I was there to pick up the 10' truck I had reserved. He then told me to give him my license and credit card. I questioned why he needed them since I had pre-registered and already reserved a truck, but he told me again to give him my license and credit card. He then told me to sit at the desk in the other room and wait for him at which point I rather waited in the place I was for him to return my cards to me instead. I don't appreciate spending the time and providing the required documentation through the website exactly to avoid the time and interaction spent with this gentleman this morning, let alone being treated like I am an interruption to his day and commanded to perform tasks by the establishment I choose to give my business to. I will never recommend this business or location to rent from to anyone to save them the time and inconsiderate treatment.William L.
You moved my rental 20 minutes further away from my normal location and the trailer had a none standard 17/8â€ ball that the location did not have. Also, I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the trailer to be returned. Not happy with the serviceKurt H.
My only criticism is that because of the equipment's age, I needed to purchase a new hitch and ball of a different size ( not the size indicated on the UHaul web site). This caused a delay in my day's tasks and more than doubled my cost! I have used UHaul's trailers a number of times successfully with my 2" ball...this trailer needed an 1-7/8". I had to go to another shop to purchase a new hitch/ball set I will likely never use again...rather frustrating!Paul G.

First of all the equipment that I requested was not there! I had to drive to 2 Home Depot to get Dolly's from them. I waited around 30-45 min and was late for the movers to start there job. Then originally they told me that my pick up was in one location and the day before I was told I had to drive 35 min to get it at a different location. Word lock device was not at back of vehicle as indicated. Code provided was not applicable for the lockbox device Werner uses (attached to sign pole). Key was inside that lockbox and not accessible. Had to get area field manager to come out and assist. Very helpful!Jonathan D.
