For the novice truck driver, it would be good to provide "wider turns" needed for approaching gas pumps at filling stations. That could eliminate the cave-ins I saw on the truck I drove. My prior experience with driving over-the-road trucks had me equipped to avoid any mishaps that previous drivers had made.

1. Have some gas in truck I got in and the screen read 30 miles to E. 2. Truck was filthy inside and out 3. Truck had trouble getting through mountains. 4. They weren't ready with my supplies even though I ordered 3 weeks prior. That truck never should have been let go for a cross country trip. They did have a newer one there all hooked up to the same trailer.

Location was fine, but GPS location was wrong --- about a block off in a random neighborhood. Location is also a car dealership. Not clear where trucks should be dropped off. (After going inside they had me park it on the street, in case you are dropping off.)

The online check in took 30 minutes to be approved to get the truck. That caused me to be late and counted against my overall time with the vehicle. I will never use uhaul again. After reserving my truck in the city i was moving in, i got a call saying the size truck i wanted was not there and that i had to rent one from 20 miles away, i asked if i would be charged more mileage since it was farther than I originally reserved. I was told no since the original location didn't have my truck. That was a lie after I finally got checked in after waitng 30 minutes to be approved i had increase the mileage i was driving since it was almost 40 mile round trip and i was charged more!

2 things: 1. I had a reservation, but when I presented my reservation #, the attendant told me he doesn't see me in his system, so he was going to treat me like a walk in--so instead of giving me the price on my reservation, $18.95, he charged me more, included Safe Tow Coverage without my knowledge; 2. When I returned the trailer, he charged me for 2 days; my reservation is for 24 hours. I picked up the trailer at 4:25 pm on 7/3/20, and returned it at 4:55 pm on 7/4/20. When I returned the trailer, unhooked it myself and went inside to tell him, he just said he'll check me in later, which he did at 5:20 pm--and charge me for 2 days. When i was on my way, I hit traffic, so I called him at around 4:15 pm and said I will be able 30 min late, he said "I'll see you when you get here". My final bill was $69.45. Ridiculous!

I did a way one but they didn't tell me which Inver grove height to drop off, I wasted 30 minutes for nothing. I am not happy with that part.

The trailer had wood chips in it. THat wasn't a big deal for me but could be annoying to others. I am bothered by the fact that the uhaul rep didn't ask if i wanted insurance or not and the rate was higher than what was listed online. I would have paid it but a little bit of communication goes a LONG way. I would recommend but 'warn' a friend to do the proactive communication

We rented a car trailer from Inver grove heights mn and the straps were broke it was sent with a flat tire needless to say we got another flat tire on our way to Missouri a complete night mare the trailer should have never left the lot I mean broken straps that holds the car down we had to purchase our own then two flat tires put a real damper on our vacation needless to say they charged us 600.00 for one day

This location is on the same site as a car dealership. There was only one person who worked with the uhaul portion of the business. When we arrived he was trying to sell a car at the same time. While he was courteous and was never rude, it was very apparent that the main focus was. Which is what I would expect when comparing the profit of selling a car to a trailer return. While we were parking the trailer, he left on a test drive of the car, without any further instructions for the return. At this point I went to my return instructions and we completed the return online through a cell phone. So he didn't do anything wrong or bad exactly, it just is a challenge to do a return with someone who clearly doesn't prioritize this part of the business. If not for being able to do the return online, we would have been very frustrated. There was another person at the location who could be trained on uhaul returns and that would have made all the difference.

I had an additional charge of $40 for some type of coverage on my rental that I was not made aware of prior to or during my rental. I only saw it when I got the final bill after I had returned my rental. I made my reservation online and I know I declined any type of additional coverages. I have emailed U-Haul immediately and have not gotten any type of response on how they are going to rectify this. I'm not sure if it was the rental location that added this charge or how it got on there. I've rented from U-Hual multiple times in the past and have never had this issue. I would like a refund of the $40 ASAP.

Don't bother, no help whatsoever. They said they would be available for trailer drop-off at a certain time, then upon arrival they were not onsite. Asked us to wait an hour and a half for them to come back and assist with trailer. Ended up doing it myself. Dropped off the truck the next day, same guy said we were lucky to be there at that time as he was ready to leave,even though we called him 15 minutes earlier to let him know we would be there. Making a customer feel like shit is great business. Again, don't bother.

Improve U-Haul website was down and caused delays in my moving by a few hours

The tow dolly functioned fine and was in good shape. However, the owner of this location charged me for insurance I had not requested and did not return my calls when I called to contest the charge. Online reviews showed that I was not the only customer who was charged without consent. The UHaul customer service department was very prompt and helpful in replying to my email regarding this issue. I had a great experience with UHaul, but a negative experience with Wernet Enterprises. I would strongly discourage other people from using this location.

Was charged double even though I called and asked for the $20 extension after I received the U-Haul text. I was also not able to drop off at a closer location that I was originally suppose to pick the trailer up at. I don't think I'll rent from U-Haul again as I could almost buy one for what I was charged.

Dont mess around with the pricing to begin with and when that does happen be faster to get it corrected made a horrible expierence even worse. Not happy with service or the shear amount that I was transferred around with customer service.

U-Haul seems incompetent. I returned the trailer at 8 pm, telling the employee that was there. Got call at 10 am next day asking where it was, then got bill at 6 pm for double the rate. The chat person I spoke to online hung up on me after it took me 30 seconds to respond. Now sounds like U-Haul is making me work with the location to get my money back. Seems like no one at U-Haul has any idea what customer service means. Very disappointed in the service.

The truck was in good condition. Online checkout through the app was easy. However, the truck did not include the ordered utility dolly and furniture dolly, and contained only six blankets while a dozen were ordered. However, I was able to stop at a U-Haul in Rochester, Minnesota (before loading the truck) to pick up a utility dolly and 6 more blankets.

Bad customer service... CSR told me 1st location was good for me to pick up. Went there and nobody. CSR told me to wait and i told them i need a different location to go... after returning people wasnt there for 30 min... had to call CSR again!!! Wasted my money gas and time... and was told uhaul was going to charge me 20$ because the people of the dealership wasnt there and will refund me back afterwards... never again... f... u haul

The drop off location was poorly marked and very little signage was out to indicate the U-Haul location. When I arrived I waited in what I thought would be the locations empty office since the door was open and the address on the building matched the drop off location of 7375 S Concord Blvd, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076. I waited for over 10 minutes before a worker came back to the office and I asked if there was any paper work for me to sign and he said "keys". I asked again and he said no and I could leave. I asked if I could wait for my ride since it was raining out and he said they were here and he was correct. When I received an email about the final cost I saw that he waited almost 45 minutes past when we met to process my paper work and with his laps in time he is trying to charge me $40 more for his lateness. If he was on time to the pick up the truck would have been dropped off on time and if he would have processed the paper work on time, everything would be great. I feel I should not have to pay $40 more for someone else's short comings and slow processing of my paper work I would highly discourage anyone from renting or returning equipment from this location.

I returned after hours.. The parking lot was blocked. I had to leave my trailer in the driveway with little room to maneuver. I then got a bill charging me 4 extra days. When I called Wernet about the mis-charge he said it wasn't his problem and I'd have to call someone else. Very unfriendly and unhelpful!

When we got to this location the door was locked. It was 30 minutes past the time it opened, and I had called earlier to confirm a drop off. I looked in the window and saw someone at the desk, he saw us, and would not open the door. I called him and said can you open the door so we can get this turned in. He said no just leave the keys in the car across the street. Zero customer service this place is a joke.
