originally rented a 6X 12 trailer at 6370 Concord Blvd, but person did not return the trailer and gave no ETA for return. Had People already at nursing home packing up and moving furniture for 1.5 mi move. Stated would take smaller trailer. They called to around. 7375 Concord Blvd stated they had 6x8 trailer. When arrived only had the small covered 8 x4 trailer which could only take box and laid down flat bed. At that point not to happy. Due to Time. they had a small truck which was rented (which back bed had not been cleaned previously.) Could have possibly done so at the original reservation site if not given run around by 2nd site. And possibly get some discount on inconvenience. Res code #74235106

Fuel was at a quarter tank, brought it back with a quarter tank and they still charged me. Fees were not explained well. I will be using a different moving service from now on
