Had to drop off here last minute because you scammers can't honor your agreement and was also charged extra for your mistake

Robert VI requested a location closer to my move out address but got moved [my drop off location was also moved, again, further way from my destination]. Not a big deal, but the moves ended up in me owing $17 more because UHaul's one-way mileage allowance wasn't enough. This is a U Haul issue, not a location issue.
Tom WWent to drop off truck! And the guy inside was blaring music and had to wait to be greeted! Then after getting his attention he said throw the keys on the table I will take care of it. Not very good customer service!
