Customer service needs improvement at that location. The guy was very rude from just from the start, not friendly at all. I will never rent uhaul truck from that guy again.

Good drop off, but no place to park
Michael R.I returned the trailer and dolly to this site on 7/31. The rental attendant told me just to park it and he would take care of the return. He did not. Later that same day I checked the status on my rental and it was still "active". I called the location and the rental attendant said he would process the return and I would get an email in a few minutes. I did not. On 8/1 my rental status was still "active". I actually had to drive back to the location and process the return myself via mobile return.
