No contact with people on drop off
Conrad GThe cab was not completely clean when I got it. A lot of dirt/crumbs on the floor and the middle seat. Everything else was great!

Myron JMy original reservation was cancelled by someone at U-Haul and I almost did not get my truck. Also, the gas tank looked full but was not. When I returned it, I put several more gallons of gas into the tank than was there when I picked it up.
