I would no longer recommend this company to any of my friends and family because this company charge my card without my permission. Also charge me for the wrong things. I want my refund back.

Disappointing Experience We rented a U-Haul truck on Saturday, August 15, and returned it the same day. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. First, the pickup location was changed, which was inconvenient and caused additional confusion with our plans. Then, when we called U-Haul, the representative told us that he would add additional miles to our rental. We relied on what we were told, but the miles were never added to our reservation. As a result, we were charged extra for the additional miles we drove. I don’t think this is fair when we were specifically told over the phone that the additional miles would be added. I hope U-Haul can improve communication between its representatives and customers and make sure that promised changes are actually reflected in the reservation. Overall, this experience was frustrating and left us disappointed with the service.
Anton KTrailer had no tail lights or clearance lights. The person at the location messed up the rental agreement ....I told him it was a one way rental and he made it a round trip rental for 8 days. I had to call U-Haul customer 2 times to get everything corrected. I also printed out my rental agreement and return receipt and when I print them they are very hard to read, everything else I print on my printer prints just find so it has to be something on you end.
