Trailer was dirty on the outside, it must have been used on a gravel road prior to me getting it. The deck was full for wood chips, and miscellaneous debris (puzzle pieces, stickers, little odds and ends. Not sure how much time had expired between drop off and pickup, but I was not fair to leave the cleaning for the next person. I documented the dirty on pick up, but when I went to mark dirty on the return it tried to charge me a cleaning fee, when I had not added to it and already had to remove debris from the interior just to haul the equipment for my company in it. I used it for 10 hrs on all street and under clean conditions, I didn't have time to take it to a car wash; I was also picking up in route to a job site and dropping in route back home, no where near a place to perform that activity

KYLE SThe guy at the counter was very kind but we had an issue with our drop off, I know it wasn’t his fault. What happened was I set up everything on the U-Haul app, I had it set for pick up in big rapids and drop off at Reed city, then somehow after we picked up the truck it changed back to big rapids, so I changed it back to Reed city on the app when we went to drop it off. This guys rep sounded angry over the phone because I was able to change it, apparently he had someone scheduled after us somehow even though we were originally scheduled to have the truck for a couple days, so this didn’t make sense to me because I quite literally changed it when we brought the truck to drop off. The guy on the phone said we’ll have a $50 charge because we did this. I haven’t seen it yet and I hope I don’t because that is ridiculous, if I’m not supposed to be able to change the location it wouldn’t be an option. Again the guy at the counter was very kind and is not his fault and I let him know how a customer can change drop off location.

NICOLE MGuy got there at exactly 8am, when they open but my rental was the same time so I had to wait for him a bit. He didn’t really give me any info on the Uhaul and I didn’t realize I only had 24 hours to return. (I read on the receipt that I had to return on Saturday but missed the 24 hours part). Which caused me to have to be charged extra, which I understand is my fault as well for missing the 24 hours part.

LEONARD AThe man who checked me in was kind and helpful in attaching the trailer to my vehicle. He was also understanding and patient when I called due to being a little late for drop off because of a vehicle problem. Would definitely recommend this location.

PATRICIA ATook a long time for the gentleman to pull up paperwork and print it (I was the only person there). Printer was running out of toner, some of my contract I couldn't read.
