The truck was left with demoition/remodeling debris. I did clean up the debris myself and spoke with the facilitator about this issue and hoped to recieve some compensation for it. I was told he would look into for me. The location is not ideal and would not recommoned due to saftety reasons in that specific neighborhood. People standing outside of coner store asking for money, etc. The store clerk was very polite and professional.

This location could not have been worse. This is one of the worst areas north of 90 for a pickup. I would not recommend anyone to pick up in this location due to concerns about safety.

Mohamed KThe convenience store was not even open when we showed up to get the truck. They were 45 minutes late. Building was sketchy and mice were running across the floor when we got in.
Brandon NI felt unsafe being there and when I opened the back there were packages of unopened raw meat resulting in blood being in the back that I had to clean up with bleach. A homeless man grabbed it and said it was him. I believe he was living in there. I also didn’t get the dolly that I paid for.
