Pamela GThere's only one person manning this office, so when she was out on lunch (I assume), I couldn't return the truck. The sign said back at 3:30, so I returned it 3:50 and the sign had been changed to say back at 4:00. I would have liked a bit more predictably of hours. The office manager was efficient with che check out and the return. She was also personable. The location was easy to find. Parking was plentiful, and there was enough room to maneuver a uhaul easily. Overall a better experience than other locations I've rented from.

Courtney DCheck in was a breeze, maybe 15 minutes. The return was just as good. Note to U-Haul: Buy all Ford cargo vans. The side sliding doors don’t get in your way when loading. They also handle better on the road better than the GMC vans.

Star SGreat customer service. I felt like I was a priority, I was told accurate information, they didn't have hidden service fees or fees that are in the fine print like the $50 cleaning fee most Uhaul facility's charge. Highly recommend renting from West Coast Self Storage in Beaverton.

Alex MThe gas tank was supposedly full when I rented the van but was not completely full. I drove 17 miles and to top the van off cost $25.00. The arrow on the gas fuel gage went past the full line. It was not past the full line when I rented it.
Suzanne GMy driver's license number triggered an e-alert. Turned out my license number matched an Alaskan license number. The Alaska person was the e-alert issue, not myself. I was told every time I rent a Uhaul truck my license number will trigger the e-alert. Is there anyway to make a note on my account that it is the Alaska person and not me?? So I can rent a truck without this hassle? Thanks, Nancy
NANCY GGas tank showed full. But needed to fill almost 5 gallons for a measly 37 mile drive. Clearly the tank was not really full when I was given the truck. This is very dishonest.
Ameya AI had to pay $32 to fill up the U-Haul but I only drove 16 miles, so clearly the truck was not actually filled before being returned
BRIENNA PThe staff member opened ten minutes late which stressed me out greatly, as others were depending on me to show up with the truck at a designated time. In fact, I was in the midst of going to another location when I saw that she had finally opened. I definitely will never use this location again!

Gayle HNo issues! The van was perfect for our needs, and dropping off after hours was also easy. A shame they no longer have a key drop box, but it's not their fault at all. I guess some people in the neighborhood can't be trusted, which is too bad.

Alexander FI returned the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel, the same as when I picked it up. Filled it at the Chevron station closest to the store to 1/4 tank. Needless to say I am shocked that I was charged a $30 refueling fee plus $22.50 in fuel. That is a $52 total bullshit charge and changed what had been a good experience into a very disappointing one. Here’s a suggestion. Give me a FULL TANK when I pick up the truck then I am not left guessing. I had to make 2 stops for fuel. First stop because there wasn’t enough in the tank tor my move (86 miles). The. Again when returning to true it up. I put $45 of gas in - plus your $52 charge. Sorry, but I am deeply, deeply disappointed and pissed off. I will look to other options for my next move and recommend the same to friends.
