The west cost employee did not help me at all. And she was very rude to me. And she try to rent me the truck work no insurance before I brought it up to her and ask her I need an insurance before I rent the van. She was not helping me in other issue at all.

I was a victim of fraud and customer service has not followed up after I put in a complaint. I understand it was a holiday, but their response was not what they said they would do instead sending out a copy of my initial contract as if to say they don't wish to believe me. Not nice.

When returning the truck it requested I turn on location services on my phone and while I did that your website wouldn't accept it. Other than that super easy scheduling a rental and picking it up! Thank you.

Fix the app. It doesn't work. We couldn't use it to check in and it said there was a server error when we tried to return the truck, after entering all of the information. It is crap. Stop marketing it or fix it.

My only complaint is every time I rent a Uhaul (Any location) the vehicle comes absolutely filthy dirty, and empty of gas. This time was no exception, the windows & mirrors were so filthy I could not see, & the gas light was on, because it was so low on fuel. I had to immediatly get gas & clean windows & mirrors before going anywhere. The inside was dirty as well. All that said, the service was great!

worst customer service on the planet. NO one answers phones, ever. Website to cancel was down for two days. Sad, sad, sad. They dont have anyone manning the phones or working inside at the Alameda location. Never again.

Truck I rented had fuel gauge at empty. In all the years I have rented vehicles this is the first time I was given a vehicle with the gauge on empty. I immediately informed the rental clerk of the situation. When returning the vehicle I was given a credit for the fuel I put in (had a copy of the receipt). Location fine, empty gas gauge not fine.

Online experience was terrible. You really need to do something about that. I wasted 3 hours on the 27th night. And, I've been charged $10 for CDW when I CLEARLY said I don't want it.

Increase the utility and furniture dolly sizes. Found it too small for hauling slightly bigger than medium size boxes

I reserved my uhual online and was set up to do a self service rental. I even received a confirmation email saying my reservation had been received. I planned my move according to my reservation. When I went to pick up my rental I fouND out the truck had not been set up for me to take it. After a few frustrating phone call's I was able to pick up my truck. I understand situation's arise buthe the uhual employee I spoke to, Marlon, was extremely rude and unsympathetic to my already stressful move.
