KENNETH TI received a replacement truck at this location and it couldn’t have been a smoother, easier and more seamless transaction.
Martin SI was supposed to pick up at the storage on 4th street. When we got there they said the truck was still at the Victorian location and that I had to drive over and pick it up from there. Which means more miles on the truck for us since we needed to pick up stuff from the 4th street location. Got to the Victorian location. The lady was great and had to fight with the program to rent it to us since it was not the original location. She did great! On return we asked the lady at the 4th street location where we needed to drop the truck off at the next morning. She said the 4th st location. When we went to drop it off the next day the man told my husband that we had to drop it off at the Victorian location. Everyone was very nice but it really was a big inconvenience for us. And put everyone behind. And I had to put more miles on the truck.
